This dress was amazing for my maternity shoot. I ordered it last minute as the dress I'd bought didn't fit. This worked out so beautifully! It has a nice amount of stretch and felt soft. I felt beautiful and sexy in it and my husband loved it! The cut outs were something I want sure about but ended up loving. I was 7.5 months pregnant in this image.

I felt so comfortable in this all night! I gained more weight during pregnancy than I thought I would and definitely needed a 2 instead of a 0. I could NOT zip the dress up all the way in the back, but the 2 wasn't available during the time frame I needed. But even though the 0 was not fully zippable in the back for me, it was actually still comfy. I felt beautiful in it!

I am the Queen of my college institution, and I need a dress ASAP that was coat efficient and this dress was exactly that!

I am 5'5" and about 145. Am between an 8-10 but am typically a true size 8. This dress runs big, i actually could have fit into the 4 and that hasnt happened in years. The dress was very comfortable which was reassuring for a military setting. It was just the right amountof bling for a mother of an Honor Guard candidate. Will rent again for next years event!

This dress was perfect, I tried both the sizes 8R and 10R, and both fit well, but I chose to go with the 10R since my breasts were a little squished on the 8R. The size 10R was roomier at the waist region, but that did not bother me at all. I think if I would rent it again I probably would have gone with the 10L if wearing heels. I switch my shoes to flats halfway into the party and the regular length was just perfect. I also believe that this dress would be perfect for a non-pregnant body. In the picture, I am 25 weeks, with a 39.5" belly circumference. Weighting 167 pounds. My height is 5'6", and my bust size pre-pregnancy was 34DD.

This dress was super comfortable and looked great with a belly. The material is pretty light and stretchy. I'm typically a 2 but ordered a 6L (L so it could go over a belly) and it fit great. I wore a bra but it's pretty supportive without one. It's gorgeous in person.

Ordered a bunch of options because I wasn't sure what would fit at 7 months pregnant and this was a clear winner! I received several compliments from people I didn't even know, and felt very glamorous! I usually wear a size 2 at 5'7", 130lb but was 7 months pregnant and weighed about 155lb. The size 8 fit perfectly - it wasn't too form fitting but showed off my bump and was SO comfortable! The fabric is soft and light which helped from over heating and was very easy to go to the bathroom in (a necessity at this stage!). I originally ordered the long but it was a few inches too long for my height/heels. The regular was a tad too short, but was the better option. I would highly recommend this dress to any expectant moms with a formal event to attend!

Originally I ordered a different dress, but it was far too large for me, so I was left with this dress. This was the backup style that was sent to me when the one that I originally requested was unavailable. I was unsure about the color, but I was surprised by how much I ended up liking it. I was a bit nervous about the deep V and slit combo for a work-related gala, but it ended up not being a problem. I was able to wear a good demi cup bra with normal straps and felt secure all night - no fashion tape needed. I also wore spanx to smooth things out, but mine kept threatening to show all night, so I'd recommend going with one made specifically for dresses with high slits. I received compliments all night - definitely recommend if you have a shape you want to show off. The only downside is that you can't wear too high of a heel with this gown if you're taller than 5'8" I'd say. I wore a slightly elevated strappy sandal with maybe a 1/2" heel and the dress hit right at my ankle. Just something to keep in mind if you're taller than me and love a good heel.

Stretchy and comfy! The R was too short for my 5'10" height but they didn't have a L. It looks more shimmery in the photos- it's not that gold- kind of a beige, but still really pretty!

Fit was great...material was thicker and stretchy. Only con was the lining kept wanting to turn out in the slit and the neckline! Flattering, and very easy to wear. I wore a regular bra and spanx, easy to forget I was in a formal dress and not an everyday maxi!

Ordered this size 4 for a ball. Everyone loved the dress. I felt very comfortable in it. The dress ran a little big around the top shoulder area.

Wore this to a red carpet event for the #KYDerby. So many compliments. Fit like a glove. Didn't wanna wear a bra so taped my tatas for good measure. Very comfortable.

The color is actually more like a steel gray (pewter); its darker than the site image that's displayed. The texture of the dress is flattering itself, so very little jewelry was needed to accessorize; wore w/4 in. heels. I didn't wear a bra and everything stayed in place just fine. Upon receiving the dress is when I discovered that the side "cutouts" at the waist are actually covered in mesh (circled in photo #2), which I'm no fan of mesh; however, later I didn't think much about it. What I liked most is that the dress is somewhat weighted, so the dress hangs nicely, so there was no sensation to adjust anything when I would rise from my chair or walk across the room. Since the material of the dress is stretchy, I was able to wear the size 6R, which the garment was fitting on the body, yet soft and comfortable for a smooth look over every curve, hump and bump. Embrace it! Note: Hopefully the posting of my measurements helps others better gauge what size is befitting for their order, for this particular garment. 36/29/40

Great fit, very comfortable. The long was long enough for me (5'10") to wear it with heels. Also fit my bust really well because the fabric was quite forgiving. Definitely a great find.

This dress fit great. It was comfortable, true to size and I got so many compliments. Everyone was impressed at the deal I got from Rent the Runway!

I don't normally wear figure-hugging dresses because I'm quite wide in the hips, but this dress was very flattering. I wore it with good spanx, and between that and the texture of the fabric, you can't see any lumps or bumps which is so nice. Length was good, maybe a hair on the short side with high heels (I'm 5'3" and wore maybe 4 inch heels). Top is very supportive and has padding so I was able to go without a bra. I did try it with a bra and you could just about pull it off, if you really want to wear one. This dress was lowcut without actually displaying a ton of boobs which was nice, sexy but not in poor taste.

Loved this dress! Honestly I wasn't excited about it until I tried it on. It is stunning. The color has tones of gold, silver, and metallic black, which goes well with a lot of shoe and accessory options. I wore it to a black tie optional NYE house party in NYC, and it was perfect. I rented the 2R and 4R and the 2 (which is my go-to size) fit perfectly. I wore 2" heels and I'm 5'5", and the regular was the perfect length - any longer would have been dragging. I am very small-busted so a low-cut push-up bra was required. I paired this with a long black faux fur coat that I also rented from RTR, and it was a match made in heaven. Hope I get a chance to rent this combo again!!!

Loved this dress. It was a little long on me even with heels and I definitely could have sized down to a 4R but 6R still fit okay. It's super flattering!

Dress is beautiful! Down side was finding the perfect color shoes to the color of the dress as the dress seems lighter on the site vs the pewter is really is. But just a jaw dropping dress! Cannot say enough! Let's just say my husband couldn't stop starring is whoa !

Note: The dress is far more Pewter than gold, and the side cutouts are beige :( so it's a little strange for us brown ladies. Honestly, it just looks like the dress continues. Great for ladies with larger busts!!

This dress was very comfortable. It was easy to move around and dance in. I received a lot of compliments. The padding in the bra was a little hard to manipulate, when I received the dress, they were folded in half.

I thought it fit well and was super comfortable. I could not go without a bra though. My strapless showed through the sheer part, but I wore a black bra with straps and it didn't show!

Fit was great! Ordered a 10L and 12L... Ended up wearing the 10..... The dress is very flowy and comfy... Slit made this easy to move and dance in all night. Was able to wear a bra and spanks with it as the dress hugged the hips. I'm 5'11 and the long kept getting caught on my heel but nothing that a quick flick of the dress couldn't fix!....got nothing but compliments all night and husband and I received so many looks! We felt amazing
