My first experience with RTR ! Dress was gorgeous as expected. Definitely made me look and feel slimmer in this dress. The lace around the neck line did not stay up. I tried to pin it back the night before but did not stay. The only way it would stay up is if i pulled the sleeves down further on my arm, but with dancing it didnt work very well. Overall it was an awesome dress and I would rent again.

This dress was perfect! I was a little scared that a backup size was not available but the size 14 fit great. I have pretty large hips so I'm always scared of that, but it was great and felt very comfy. I got lots of complements on the lace!

This dress is perfectly classy for any semi-formal event. I ordered a 12 and 14 and ended up going with the 12. I think it runs true to size, with a typical hourglass fit. Be sure you have someone to help you zip!

I received so many compliments while wearing this dress to a friends wedding! The length and fit were perfect. I would definitely recommend and would even rent this dress again!

The dress does run small, especially across the shoulder area and the arms. It's meant to be off the shoulder, but the arms are not very large so it makes it kind of hard to raise your arms to hug someone. Other than that the dress is perfect. The length and the overall look of the dress is classically elegant.

I never want to wear and outfit after I've already worn it to an event. I will definitely be using RTR for my next formal or party Occasion. It was sooooo easy!

Got this dress for my birthday dinner and it was gorgeous! Fit perfectly in all the right places, wasn't too short (which is always a concern at my height) and was very classy. I loved the lace detail. Would definitely rent again!

Shows all the right curves. No adjusting to the shoulders of the dress. Heavy fabric (was very warm for an August wedding). Only Cons was limited movement with arms and legs--lace fabric was not stretchy).

Comfortable. Not much stretch in the material so size up. Would wear again.

+1 to my BF's work function and invitation had no specification of attire (he told me I should wear a dress - uuummmm...ok) play it safe and find something classy and pretty. I could have worn the 14 or the 16 but decided, why not go with the larger size if it doesn't make a difference - much more forgiving if I eat too much during cocktail hour - haha! This dress was perfect for me as it covers up my problem areas - arms and tummy. I may rent this dress again for another occasion!

I wore this dress to a friends wedding. I ordered size 18 and size 16 as that is what I wear in jeans size. I ended up wearing a size 18. The size 16 would have fit but the arms are lace and not stretchy. The 18 fit me better over all. I received tons of compliments on the dress and felt good wearing it! Very comfortable. I am 5'4" tall and weigh 220 pounds. I would recommend this dress!

This dress was very comfortable and made me feel confident and beautiful. At 51, and a couple of lbs overweight, it covered my problem areas but allowed me to show off shoulders while keeping my "angel wings" under wrap.

Loved this dress! I had to wear a larger size because of my breasts and rib cage which made the dress fit a little large everywhere else. The dress does not have any give. I got compliments all night long.

The dress has a built in bra- SO comfortable. I got compliments all night and perfectly hid all of my trouble areas!

The dress was beautiful and I received many compliments. The con was there is not a lot of stretch with the fabric and you will need someone to help zip you up and down. I give it four stars and not five because of this reason and it runs small.

I have broad shoulders, big bosom, thick waist and narrow hips and this dress fit well. I wore this dress to the church ceremony and another dress to the reception. I did that because while I felt beautiful and glamorous in this dress i couldn't lift my arms up and I like to DANCE at receptions. I also didn't need to wear a bra with this because there was boning in the bodice. I would rent this dress again for a formal (not dancing) occasion. Also it would have been a 5 star dress if petite sizes were available. I felt like it was 4-5 inches too long on me.

Rented this last minute after my first choice didn't fit. The dress was easy to wear- fit nicely, and was very comfortable. But I've rented several dresses from RTR and usually get a ton of compliments on my rentals! This was just ok and didn't feel like anything super special.

Unable to wear

I was unable to actually wear the dress. It was a perfect fit everywhere but in the bust area. I will rent a size larger for that issue. Great experience otherwise and I definitely plan to rent for my upcoming cruise!

Seemed to fit small from the other dress I had in the same size.

I ordered the 12 and back-up 14. I wore the 14 so if you're in between size up. The quality of the lace is more beautiful in person. The dress sat perfectly on my shoulders and did not slip off even while dancing. You can dress it up like I did with heels and jewelry for a dressier evening look, or pare it down for daytime. I recommend this dress and will rent it again.

This dress was amazing. It was my back-up dress, but I completely fell in love with it when I put it on. Extremely flattering with the off-the-shoulder style and lace bell sleeves. However, it is very fitted with a built in bodice and there is no 'give' in the fabric, so the size 10 I initially ordered wouldn't zip up the back. I'm a 36B, so it was a little frustrating and unexpected based on reviews I had read. Called RTR and they sent a size 12 free of charge overnight (paid for shipping only). Unfortunately, it arrived about an hour after I had to leave, so I didn't get to wear this dress. Disappointed, but I wore my original first choice dress. My RTR experience was so easy and Customer Service were superb. Will definitely rent again.

Fit was very nice. I usually run into issues with length being 5'4" and having short legs but it hit perfectly at the knee. Wasn't a tight fit and the elastic on the shoulders helped to keep the off shoulder look.

Great fit and flattering. Love the swoshy arms. Didn't end up wearing it for event but liked the dress. The lace on the top kept falling down so think I would have used fabric tape to keep it up.

This dress was my first choice, sadly I can not wear it because the first size which was 14 nor the second size 16 fit me. I am very large busted at a size 38 DDD. There is no give or stretch in the breast area. I could get the both of them up to the rib cage perfectly, just not over the breasts. If you have your heart set on this dress and you are a larger busted woman maybe do the size 18. If you are smaller busted but larger frame you might do well with the 14 or 16. It is an amazing dress in person. The lace details are just beautiful. My only wish was that I had more time to have perhaps to have tried the 18, but with only a few days left to my event I didn't want to chance it. I have another replacement dress coming that I am pretty sure has some give in the chest area.

The dress is absolutely stunning however, I typically wear a 12 or 14 in dresses and the 14 wouldn’t even zip. This dress runs extremely small. Size up a size or two in this one.

Loved this dress. 16 Fit perfectly. Was comfortable but only con was that I could not lift arms above head. Other than that it was the perfect dress for a wedding I attended.

im pregeant and ordered this dress a month and helf before my brothers wedding. I ordered a size up knowing that i would need it. I tryed it on and it was snug, not something that i wanted to wear for 10hrs while helping running around (i was also the wedding coordenater) I went with my back up dress that i already had.

I am 5'6, 180 with 38DD boobs, the 14 wouldn't zip all the way up. Would have been super cute if it fit!
