Fit was perfect, hugged my curves and hit below the knee. Have to wear a strapless bra so straps don't show under the lace!

This was actually my back-up style. I chose to wear it because it fit really well without the use of restrictive undergarments. I added sparkly rose gold earrings and bracelet for a romantic look.

I wore this to an African-themed wedding and it was very comfortable as well as flattering. I felt very glamorous and confident! One of my favorite fits from RTR.

This dress fit great and I got lots of compliments. I haven't had to wear a cocktail dress in almost 4 years. I have a bigger belly and I felt like the lace hid the lines of my nylons really well (undetectable). It also had stretch and curved the right places.

Loveeeeeeee this dress. The size 20 wasn't available so the size 22 was bigger but no worries at all. I had little extra from for dessert. The size 18 would have been too tight(thanks Covid). This dress is perfect! Late September Georgia wedding.

I rented this dress for a "cocktail attire" wedding. It was the right choice! The style is conservative, but not boring or frumpy. The structure of the dress is good. I did not have to pull at the top and it did not cut under the arms. I received many compliments and felt like the pretty girl at the party all night! If you are tired of the basic black cocktail dress pick this one!

I ordered this dress (last-minute) for a friend's wedding where we were "unofficial bridesmaids" (basically, do all the bridesmaid stuff without having to spend a bunch of money on matching dresses, etc - which was great). This dress fits great and accents all the right areas while hiding any flaws. The fabric is super comfy and forgiving and I wore it almost all day/night without any issues. If RTR had this dress in multiple colors, I'd just be re-renting it for every event in a different color.

I wore this to a company holiday party and received many compliments on it. I would definitely wear it to a wedding as well. It fit great; it had some stretch so was breathable, but on the downside isn't really holding much in (if you've got a little extra in the midsection, that is). If I were to wear this again, I'd probably dig out the Spanxx. Though with the lace and dark color, I doubt other people noticed!

This dress fit true to size. I am 5'5", the dress hit right at/below the knee.

First time trying out Rent the Runway and super happy with how it turned out! It was actually my back up dress and worked perfectly. I'm usually a 16W and wearing the 18W may have been a bit big for me but it was comfortable to move around in.

The dress was a little big in the top but othwise fit perfectly. It was not itchy like some lace dresses can be. I thought it was very flattering on my figure.

I wore this dress to my brother-in-law's wedding. The original size I ordered (16) fit well and would have worked for the night but I decided to go with my backup size (18) because I felt like I had a little more room and knew I would be dancing (and bowling) all night. I was able to wear a regular black bra and the straps blended in with the lace at the top perfectly! No need to keep pulling up a strapless all night! It was so comfortable and flexible that I didn't have to change before the bowling after party.

Rented this dress for a wedding. I usually wear an 18, went to the designer's website to get measurements for sizing, ended up renting 16 and 18 bc I sized closer to a 16 but didn't want it to be too snug. Well! The 16 was on the looser side as well! Super flattering on my curvy body, but hit mid shin in length on my 5'2" frame. Very class cut with very sexy detail. Wish I had a full length picture!

I've been really working out and feeling good... putting this dress on really helped cap off that feeling. I tried the 16W on and it zipped right up with enough room to dance... I didn't try on the 14W but I feel like it probably would have also fit... I just chose comfort and was in kind of a rush to get ready lol! Got so many compliments and loved it! I wore a nude bra underneath and since my skin tone was very similar it wasn't too noticeable.

I am glad I went a size up because the dress does run small. I normally wear between and 18/20. The 20 fit however it fit to perfect. I wanted a little space so I chose to go with the 22. The color is gorgeous and with my skin tone it went perfect. The length was a little longer than I expected. I will definitely rent this dress again.

I work in nonprofit fundraising and rented this for the annual donor reception. The material is very nice and I had no problems with the dress at all. The lace detailing is lovely and brings just the right level of class. I usually wear a 16, but ordered up just in case it ran small. Didn't even take the 18 out of the bag.

fit ran a little large under the arms but fit everywhere else. I loved the dress and felt beautiful in it. I tried a regular bra but could see the straps and that's just not my style so I had to go strapless.

This is by far one of my favorite RTR dresses that I have gotten to date. The color was a rich blue, and it was perfect for my body. I am short, so the dress was longer than it was intended to be, but it looked purposeful and it hit me right below the knee. I WILL rent this again for sure... I actually want to buy it!

Super comfortable dress, danced forever in it. When sitting it doesn't actually raise up as high as shown in the photo - my son was on/off my lap when the photo was taken. The dress fell off it's hanger in the hanging bag during our 10 hour trip and I was surprised to find it had not one wrinkle!

This is a beautiful dress in a gorgeous navy blue! Even though it is true to size, I chose a size up for ease of movement. I wanted to comfortably dance the night away! I received many compliments on it! Only one con: the dress has two slips which made it bunch a little but I was the only one to notice. Tip: make sure to have someone available to zip you up, unless you have very bendy arms! It zips easily but can be difficult to manage on your own.

I went to the RTR store and worked with a stylist in mid-June and it was a wonderful experience. She pushed me beyond my comfort level and it paid off. The dress was elegant and classy and sexy and I looked great. I would return to RTR again.

After my first choice didn't fit, this one was sent overnight. It arrived around noon (just in time, the event was at 6). As previous reviews have said, because it's a W, it's a little baggy, but I still loved it! I felt great in it all night and it was perfect for a formal cocktail event. I will definitely be using RTR again!

Beautiful dress and lovely color. Fits lovely and falls great. Fits true to size. This Dress has NO stretch. Due to the lace top I would recommend a strapless bra. When taking a backup size, size up.

I have never received so many compliments! The dress fit pretty well, a little tight when I went to sit down but overall fit really well. I have never received so many complements on a dress! I get like a million bucks!
