I usually wear a 14, so the dress was a little large on me, but it was fine, b/c I didn't want something tight fitting. The scallops on the bottom of the dress are very nice and hide every flaw. I loved the low cut front and the sleeves which covered the shoulders. It was perfect for a black tie event. It runs a little short, so be prepared to have your shoes showing. the positive is there is no chance for tripping on the dress. Enjoy....

This was a replacement for a rental that ran too small and couldn't be worn. They sent me an email with a link to all available dresses and overnighted it to me. Amazing customer service!! This dress was fabulous. It was comfortable and so flattering. I felt like a million bucks. The top gaped a little when i turned while seated, fashion tape would have been a good idea. You can wear a real bra with it, which is always a huge plus. No spanx, etc needed. I'm actually really happy the initial dress didn't work out, because this one was perfect.

First of all, this dress is very forgiving! It was beautiful and the layers of the ruffles were subtle and camouflaging. I received so many compliments on this dress. I wore it to a formal wedding. I was able to wear flats because it went to the floor but didn't run long. Loved it!

I wore this dress for a black tie wedding in Chicago. It was form flattering and very comfortable. The v-neck allows you to wear a normal bra and the ruffles hide problem areas on the stomach. I was able to sit and dance comfortably and I got lots of compliments!

The dress is long if you are not tall. It has an underskirt that really makes it comfortable. No worries about spanx or slips. Just pure comfort. I loved it and got lots of compliments

This dress was very comfortable and VERY forgiving around my midsection. The top is low cut so there was more cleavage showing than I was used to. Also someone with a bigger chest would prob fill out the top more. Very happy with this dress for Saturday night wedding. Lots of compliments. Can wear a regular bra too which is a plus!

I originally bought the dress in an 18, tried it on, returned it, and decided to rent. I was surprised that the 18 from RTR didn't fit and equally glad I was able to have a 20 sent as well. This dress was pretty low cut. If I could do it all again, I would have been more aggressive with my hollywood tape. The length was perfect for my flats. I wore a spanks tank and capri leggings underneath. I'm an 18 in jeans, and pretty much all my work dresses are size 18. I'm a DDD, and as you can see, this dress let me rock my curves!

This dress fit perfectly. I had originally ordered the 22W and picked it up. After trying it on, it was a little too big. The 20W fit perfectly. I usually waver between a 20 and 22. Unfortunately, that size wasn't available to go with me then and there, but Barbara and Carla worked to find that size that would be available to be shipped to me in California for the wedding I was attending. I am 5'6" and wore 4" heels and the long just touched the tops of my shoes like it should. I wore a regular bra and had no issues with the straps or the back band showing. The fabric is comfortable and the dress is extremely figure flattering. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this again or even go out and buy it to have forever.

This was the first time that I had used RTR. We had a formal black tie fundraising event for work and I was going crazy because I had to go and get a dress that I would probably never wear again. I had heard of them from a co-worker who has rented from RTR. Unfortunately because I am so short, any dress is too long. I was very nervous when I tried it on. The length was fine. I didn't step on it at all. It fit great at the top also. The only con is that it showed a little too much cleavage. I received a lot of compliments on the dress. I would definitely rent again and I have recommended RTR to other people.

So comfortable with just enough stretch. Probably one of the best dresses I've worn. I'm 5'5 and the regular length was too short. I wore the longer length with heels and still had to hold the dress when walking. I received a ton of compliments.

After gaining way more pounds than I'd like to admit I wasn't sure I'd find any dress as flattering as this was. It was simply gorgeous!! I felt like a princess and enjoyed my night at Hamilton!

I rented this dress for a black tie wedding and couldn't be happier with the experience. It was comfortable enough to sit through the ceremony and then for dancing all night at the reception. It was true to size and still had enough room to move around in with ease. I ordered the long and the length was just touching the ground without having shoes on (I am 5'7"). The tag wasn't labeled as 'long' so it may have been the regular length, but it still worked out. I just wore a smaller heel height than I originally planned. The process was very simple in regards to returning the dress. The shipping label was on the inside of the package and I simply swapped it out and shipped it out the day it was due to return. I will definitely be renting again for future events!

This dress got so many compliments. I felt beautiful, confident and comfortable in this dress. I didn't like any dresses I tried on it the stores in a size 22w, so I checked out rent the runway and found this gem. I'm not large chested, but I bet it would look even better, so it would work for both as you can wear a regular bra with it. I usually look like an egg with legs and this 20w size dress actually made me look like I had a shape and curves. Yes I wore the smaller size ordered. Length was perfect in the smaller size.

I went to the store to try different styles, but they don't have as much variety in my sizes (between 14 and 16). Besides that fact, it was helpful to give me an idea about what sizes I fit better by designer. They suggested me to receive my order by mail, which didn't work. I had to call them after UPS didn't deliver it on time and I was leaving to Puerto Rico. They were super fast and able to help me in getting my order at the store! About the dress: I loved it. It runs large, so I would probably fit better in a 14, but it was not available for the dates I was going to rent it. The 16W was a little loose at the top part, but I was able to manage it. It was super comfortable to wear it, and it was perfect for my body type! Staff helped me with the earrings, which in my opinion fit great with the dress! I also received a lot of compliments at the gala!

It fit like a dream. Light weight. It hid every single of my "self conscious" areas. The V is very deep but a black undershirt will take care of that if you don't want to show as much cleavage. I would totally rent again. I wish I could justify buying it but I don't go to that many fancy functions.

I thought I would wear the 20, but the 18 contained "the girls" a little better. No pinning necessary but definitely cleavage, which was fine for this event. Very very comfortable and I got tons of compliments. Went with splashy glittery earrings, comb and bracelet. A woman had the same dress, which she had purchased from Amazon for $400. I loved telling her I spent only 20% of that.

Probably could have worn the next size down but this was the replacement that RTR overnighted for the dress that I ordered that didn't fit... Thank you RTR for getting me the dress on time.

I wore this dress to a Gala 5 days after having my 4th child. It was perfect for my still pregnant looking body. It was definitely baby bump/large belly friendly. It doesnt have much stretch but it just happens to be roomy in that area. The chest area was a bit too open for me so I opted to wear a black tank top underneath. It was extremely comfortable and I was given many compliments through out the night. The cut of the ruffles hides the belly area really well, and the eye is naturally drawn to the chest. I normally wear a 16, but went up since I had a baby and I am glad I did. So if you a larger belly I would go up a size. Also you do need to be full chested to wear this. I currently am in a 42F, and it would have shown more than I was comfortable with. I would absolutely rent again!

I ordered this dress as my back up size and it fit better than the original size that I had ordered. It was perfect length fit great around the bus and was very forgiving with all of my curves. It was very comfortable and I felt absolutely beautiful wearing it. I would recommend this dress for any plus size woman who needs to attend a formal event and wants to look and feel great

Unfortunately, I didn't take many photos, but this dress was really amazing. My boyfriend loved it and it was very appropriate for the Marine Ball I attended. I found that it ran a little large. I'm usually a size 18-20 and was able to fit into the 16. Even then it was a little loose around my shoulders.

I loved this dress and got tons of comments on it! The ruffles were a little weird when sitting as you could see all the seams; the arm holes were a little big for me; and the mesh underlining kept catching on my heels and clasps-I'm surprised it didn't rip. When standing, my tummy was hidden so I looked more slender. It was not over the top sexy but still classy. And it didn't over accentuate my large chest! Overall, I would rent again. 5'2, 190, 42DD

A little loose in the stomach, but that is better than tight.

I am 5’7” and ordered the regular length. Wearing flats, this still was a little short. Ran large in the bust for me. If I could, I would have wanted to take an inch on the shoulders to raise the top. You need to find the right bra because of the back V line, which isn’t low, but comes just at the right spot for bra to show. Nevertheless, it still was a beautiful dress for the ball.

I rented this dress for a wedding. I was looking for something that flattered my bust and wasn't tight in the waist. This dress was very comfortable and fit well. I'll also add I'm 6 months pregnant so this worked well for that. My only complaint would be the way the layers laid just under the bust. They had a tendency to flip up. Unfortunately my hair didn't hold up as well as the dress did this night.

I rented three dresses, this was the only one that fit. I typically wear an 18/20 and the 18 fit great. This dress was certainly a show stopper, pictures do not do it justice. It has a bit of Spanish flair to it. I could wear a regular bra so I did not need anything extra. The ONLY concern is the neckline plunges low, so unless you go bra-less you do need a safety pin to prevent from seeing your bra during sitting as it gapped open (standing is no problem as the dress hangs really well).
