Loved the length of this shift. The day was freezing ... imagine April 1 on top of a mountain (brrrrr). The dress was comfortable and a nice fit. I received many compliments on the dress.

Excellent quality! The lace is nice and heavy and there is 2 linings in the dress. Very comfortable. I measured myself and ordered a size based on the chart. When I received the dress I found the it to be big; especially under the arms/bust area which is unusual for me because I have a large bust. Would absolutely recommend, but go a size down from the chart.

The dress fit well, was comfortable, and I could wear a regular bra without it being noticeable. Received lots of compliments on it.

This is a great basic navy dress! The slip is a little more fitted, so be aware of that when selecting a backup size. The length is really great. The lace was comfortable and I felt very elegant in it. This would be a great style for a wedding. Even though the color is dark, it's a great alternative to a LBD and the fact that it's sleeveless makes it great for a year-round look!

I rented this dress for my nieces wedding and it fit great. It felt a little snug when I first put it on, but my husband said it looked perfect, so I didn't even try on the bigger size. After wearing it for a while it felt great, and I was glad I stuck with the 14W.

Wore this dress for a church wedding, and it was modest enough that I felt comfortable, not matronly. The navy blue color was so pretty, and the dress was nice and heavy, very good quality. Lace had some barely noticeable imperfections on it when I got it. A few pulls here and there. I had to size up because while the 14W looked nicer when I was standing up, sitting was an issue! The 16W still fit nicely, with no gaps at the arm holes, a common problem with me. Strapless bra is really ideal choice with this dress. I was very happy with this dress, I'd be happy to rent it again.

I first ordered 2 other dresses that were too tight on me. I called and talked to a stylist and she recommended this dress. They sent this dress overnight, I received it the very next day. Very impressive customer service! The dress is beautiful and I couldn't have found a dress like it. I had already tried on many dresses at Macy's and none looked good on me. The 14W size was actually a little loose, but I liked it that way because I wanted to look conservative for the wedding that I was going to. It was very comfortable and I danced the night away. Great first renttherunway experience!

So I had the 22W and 20W I am really between sizes of a 20/22 so I was nervous. I ended up wearing the 22, and it was a bit baggy and box-y. The 20 fit MUCH better, and is shown in my picture but honestly I didn't think it would fit so I didn't try it on until it was time to send back... Silly. I can't wait to order another dress at the end of the month for my husbands graduation, and can I just say-- RTR customer service is AMAZING. Incredible help, and just above and beyond my expectations- just like this dress! I didn't want to send it back I loved it so much! ( My bust is more like a 42 DD not 38)

This was a dress that RTR overnighted to me because I was sent the wrong size in my original order of another dress and my backup was too small. Loved the heavy lace on this dress! I would say it runs rather small (which I'm finding out with these designers on RTR). I'm usually a 14W. I went up to the 18W because the 16W was snug in the hips. Luckily, I had a belt that went went my shoes and the clutch a rented, that helped cinch in the waist a little. Remember to check the size charts! All of the brands vary drastically with their sizing, unfortunately.

I normally wear a size 18, I wanted to try and loose some inches, but my schedule didn't allow me to, but I ordered a size 14 and 16. when they came I tried both dresses on, the size 14, fit PERFECT. I fell in LOVE with the dress. I also felt FABULOUS in it too. Thanks so much the just right perfect dress.

As the mother of the groom, I wanted to make sure that I my son was proud of me. I felt this dress was just right for the occasion. The only concern I had with this dress was the under slip, any time that I sat down, it rode up, so I was constantly pulling it down. Other than that, the fit was just right and I think I looked purty darn good if I do say so myself.

I've worn several dresses from this designer before; therefore, I was at an advantage. If I could I would have bought this dress I LOVED the overall fit, color and received lots of compliments on how I looked. Pros: Starting from the top down: PLENTY of room in the bust. I have board shoulders, plus a big bust [40D] which really limits my selection sometimes. This dress actually ran big in the shoulders and bust, but not to the point where it showed side boob or chafed my under arms. As I mentioned there was plenty of room in the mid section. I chose to wear spanx, but truly didn't need it because the dress was super flattering to my muffin top of a mid-section. At 5'8" the dress was the perfect length, hitting right above the knees. The color was perfect for my olive skin tone - though the pictures I have from the night are crap! :-/ Con: Only two cons as I was really happy with my first RTR experience. The first is more of a forewarning; the fabric is lace and any jewelry worn on your wrist will catch, just don't bother with it would be my advice. The dress didn't come in the best condition, lace was clearly already pulled and I didn't build in enough time to really make a big deal about it. Highly recommend this dress!

The dress was a nice quality and made me feel very elegant. The navy dress with nude shoes worked perfectly for this summer wedding! It was one of the longest weddings I have ever been to and even with all the dancing, I was comfortable all night. I have a large bust and it fit perfectly there, my hips are not as wide so I had a little more room there. Normally I wear 16/18 (mainly because of my bust) in formal dresses and the 14 W was perfect.

This was the back up dress when the Carmen Marc Valvo dress didn't fit. It was a very comfortable dress to wear and I got a lot of compliments on it, however it was a little wide at the bust line (as I am a 36B), and a little wide in the waist, but not enough to look like a true sack on me. A belt might have helped, but I didn't want to detract from the prettiness of the dress. I would definitely order this dress if they had it in a regular 14, but for being a last minute selection when the first dress didn't fit I was very happy with it. So close to being a 4 star dress!

Not too short for those who are tall. Nice, light weight material. Covered all the bumps. No Spanx needed! Loved that it wasn't form fitting.

The dress is the ultimate in flattery. From the fit to the length, it WORKS! I would buy one (1) in all available colors! I was comfortable all night and even though it was hot I was as cool as a cucumber. I lost count on the compliments and could not have been more IN LOVE with how I looked!

This stunning navy blue lace is an eye catcher. I felt amazing in this dress. Curvier women should consider sizing up for the backup size. It's fitted at natural waist and bust and I recommend wearing spandex and a standard bra. This can be paired effortlessly with any pair of heels and accessories.

I was very happy with this rental and received compliments all night. This dress is true to size and my size up dress was not needed. After having 2 kids, my stomach is my problem area, but I felt comfortable and confident in this dress and was able to move, dance and eat! The back on this dress is beautiful, but you will need a strapless bra. The cut and style of this dress is very flattering.

Great dress! Very slimming (I went for the Spanx, though it wasn't strictly necessary), great for an hourglass figure. The 14W fit great - the 16W was definitely too big. The lace overlay is baaaarely longer than the slip, so when you sit it tends to ride up - but it's not that big of a deal. I was able to wear a padded bra very comfortably, so the moderately larger chested gals should be okay in this. I'd definitely rent and wear this one again!

I wore this dress for my nephew's wedding, and I could not have made a better choice. My size is a regular 16, but that size was unavailable so I decided to try size 14W and it was perfect. I got countless complements. I wear a size 40C bra.

Dress was comfortable. I wore it to my husband Christmas party. I had some room in this dress but I'm in the process of losing weight and was unsure of my new size. Not my favorite RTR but still received lots compliments.
