I loved the structural detailing and the pockets, but I'm a 36C and it was uncomfortably tight and constricting across my chest and in the underarms.

The dress was huge on me, therefore not that flattering. Texture feels like linen. Maybe a smaller size would have been more flattering

I would say it runs large as my weight has creeped and I am currently at an 8. When I held in my stomach the dress looked/ felt great...you can see it in this photo :) Dress is really well made - I wore with CD nude pumps - was great for tech company/meetings.

Best dress i ever wore

A bit tight in the arm holes and needed a less padded bra to fit in the best. Should have sized up but I still loved it. Pockets, interesting seams, and lined. Nice length as well.

I could have sized down so I had i solid 2" extra fabric around the waist, but I really liked this dress. It was work appropriate and super professional while being fashion forward. This is why I signed up for RTR Unlimited.

Fits a bit loose -- so works better belted as most reviewers had suggested. Long for shorter folks like me -- but I still loved it! Wonderful structural piece :)

If you want to be comfortable but with a spark of glamour to an otherwise regular Monday morning at the office - this is the dress for you. Beautifully tailored, lined throughout, it fits like a glove with an A-line that hides the not-so-flat tummy. Flattering for hourglass and pear-shaped ladies! Have received many compliments all day. Will definitely keep this one for a couple of weeks.

This dress fits great and is very flattering. Nice fabric, has weight to it. Could be dressed up or down and accessories a bunch of different ways. I wish I had kept it longer...

Great high quality material. The 2 was actually too large and I should have sized down to a 0. I covered it up with a waist cinching belt and black blazer/tights. I got several compliments. Length is very work appropriate and I love the asymmetric skirt. Would rent again, but in a smaller size.

Wore to a special work event. Wanted size 0 but only 2 was available so i rented it. Didn't come as fitted shape as I expected, but with a belt it's good to go. Dress is definitely long and made me think it was similar to a ball-gown, but the color made it work-appropriate. Probably more formal for taller people and if with better fit.

Comfortable and fitted, but the grey clashing with my skin color, my short height, and the dress bottom not being pressed, I looked like Cinderella before her fairy godmother came. Maybe if I wore heels it would have looked a bit better. Immediately shipped it back the next day.

Great in the busy area being a 32DD. Cute cut but big and drapes. Got this for work. Don't wear if you 5'6" or shorter like me, it's ridiculously long. Probably look good on someone y'all with heels. I'm a size 4 and I feel like this makes me look short and much larger.

Lovely. Lightweight but lined so no worries about undergarments showing through. Plus has pockets! Wore this to perform at several gigs. I would buy it if it were not so expensive. Looks plain in the picture, but you can spice it up with bright earrings and shoes of any color.

Beautiful dress with nice fabric. It's lighter in weight than most suit dresses, so was a great option for summer.

This dress is beautiful. I am typically between a 0 and 2. 5'8" 126lbs ish for reference. While the dress did technically fit, the top part was not fitted and so was not flattering. 0 felt more like a 4 to me and I returned without wearing to the function I rented it for.

I loved this dress! I could've sized down, but still wore and thought it looked fabulous. Love the detail of the layered look and it was super comfortable. Would recommend for average to tall women.

Fit well, great length and pockets!

I love this and would buy it if it weren't so expensive. Fits perfectly true to size on top and has a little extra room for those of us who are a full size bigger on bottom. Nice with flats or heels and I've worn it several times already. May dry clean it and keep it even longer.

Runs 1 size large. Needs a belt to pull the look together. Has pockets. Is very comfortable. Many compliments.

As some others have mentioned, there is a lot of fabric in the skirt but I thought it was tailored in a way that didn't make it overwhelming. The material is high quality and light, making it perfect for spring/summer.

Absolutely stunning the cut of this dress is so flattering. I wore it with a long lace edged slip black tights a black leather jacket and motor cross boots. I wish I can keep it.

Pros: Classy, easy color to dress, gorgeous lines and cut, fabric doesn't wrinkle easily, POCKETS! Cons: I can't think of any. Maybe since the cut is on the long side, heels look much better than flats with this dress. I got tons of compliments on this dress- my husband even thought I should buy it.

Fits well and is a lovely dress for work to out.
