I loved this dress for work, it is navy so it can be worn with any neutrals. The arms and chest of the dress run small, I would consider sizing up for bustier women. I have a small bust and it was still snug in the arms and chest. The cut of the dress is straight and has comfortable room at hips. The fabric is soft and has stretch to it. The fabric is great for work and light enough for summer. The length fell at the knee. You can wear any standard bra so it is great for all cup sizes!

Loved this dress so much! As others mentioned, it was a bit snug in the armholes. The fabric was luxurious and had a good flowy drape. Simple yet elegant.

RTR tends to recommend sizes that are a big large for me. The dress may run TTS, but I was sent the M, not the S, so it feels HUGE when you look at me from the side. The dress is so unique and beautiful that I decided to wear it anyway. It's freezing in NYC, so I layered a white button down shirt underneath, which dresses it down enough for a business casual work environment.

I’ve rented this in a M and a S. I’m a size 6. The M is a nice loose fit but it’s a lot of bottom fabric so this time I tried small. The arm holes pulled and were really tight…and I have a small bust. Should have stuck with M.

I planned to wear this dress for an anniversary dinner, but found myself swimming in it. It's just much too big from the midriff down, and too long. The bust was right for a small busted petite person like me, but would be impossible for someone with more endowment. Don't bother with this unless you are tall and built like an ironing board, and order a size down.

I felt like the dress had too much "weight" on the bottom and therefore wasn't very flattering.

I LOVE this dress! If it wasn't so expensive I'd buy it to keep! Very flatter on anyone and the funny pleats and ruffles make it so interesting while keeping a fairly conservative length and silhouette. I got tons of compliments! I will rent again for sure!

The material is very high quality and it's a great navy color. The length is great for work and taller ladies! The ruffles, asymmetry, and accordion folds of this dress make it special. Plus, there are pockets!

The shoulders are fitted with slightly snug armholes but the rest of the dress is very swingy and loose. When I first put it on, I was very skeptical but I went with it. I ended up loving the look and feel of it's high quality and extreme movement. A little weird but very fun, it reminded me of some of the very cool Marni dresses I have rented.

This dress fit beautifully. Very nice fabric with great drape. The Aline shape was super flattering. The dress was quite elegant and chic. I may keep this one for a while!

Love the ruffles and twirly feeling of the dress! I plan to wear it to work. I'm 5'8" and the dress comes right above my knee, lots of room for movement. Only downside is the arm holes are a bit snug, but manageable!

The size 4 was a bit large whereas the size 2 fit better with the exception around my chest/pecks. Maybe I'm just broad. But it still looked nice and I got a lot of compliments. Loved the ruffles...such a beautiful/pretty dress.

I loved this dress and wanted to buy it but the arm holes are VERY tight.....other than that I felt like twirling in it all day, and the pockets are hidden but so fun to put your hands in. I almost kept it and had the armholes altered.....almost.

It only ran small on me across the chest. I'm a 34B and it was tight for a size S and I'm 5'3" and 119lbs.

The dress was a bit baggy - currently 3rd trimester pregnant, but this dress was SO unflattering. Just fit baggy and made me look even bigger than I'm already feeling.

I enjoy loose fitting dresses. But this fit was too large in both the chest and the length. The medium came way past my knees, and I am 5'7". I. Looked like I was playing dress-up and my mom's closet. Except that I was really trying to get dressed for work. I wish I was able to get a smaller size but they're all out of stock

My boobs were too big for it, way too tight in the chest for me, but an absolutely gorgeous, fun dress!

So the dress fit nicely in the top and shoulder area but the waistline had way more fabric than it appeared in the model photos. It was really full and made me look three sizes larger than I am. I know it's a loose fit dress, but this was really strange.

Tight in the arm holes and fit like a tent. Nice idea and nice fabric but I can't imagine whose figure this will flatter. Didn't wear it.

I normally wear a XS/2 or a S/4. There was so much fabric in this size S dress, my friend said I looked 8 months pregnant.
