Cute little dress! Can absolutely wear with a bra or layer a T-neck underneath.

I couldn’t believe that I didn’t have to wear a bra with this but th way the fabric was, I did not. Simple but dressy LBD!

I normally wear a 12 but this style runs large and I ended up wearing the size 10 backup dress. It was perfect. I have a wide waist and usually struggle with dresses being too tight in the waist or too loose in the upper body. This dress fit wonderfully because of the straight cut. It was super comfortable, and the fabric is soft and stretchy.

Loved that I could wear a bra with straps and no shape wear and still feel comfy and confident in the dress. Was able to eat, drink, and dance all night!

This dress fit well and was comfortable. It has a soft velvet finish with a slight ‘glitter’ stripe. It was perfect for the look I was going for. I’m a size 14 and it fit well, with room to breathe and move. I’m also tall (5’10”) and hit at mid-calf in length. I wore a strapless bra and even in moving around I didn’t feel the need to adjust the dress at all. I also wore spanx to smooth some bulges but would have been fine if I did not.

Very comfortable dress. I wonder how a size smaller might have fit, but I like the way this size fit. It’s a flowy silhouette. One thing to know is that 5’11” and the dress hit below my knee. I’m not sure how this would look on someone who isn’t so tall.

Simple black shift dress, runs loose but that's the style. Wore a scarf, since it is very V neck. The side slits were fun. Received many compliments!

I can't say enough good things about this little dress. I wore it so many times - for my birthday, to a wedding, to a fundraiser and I even had a friend borrow it for a wedding, too. It hangs so nicely, and is very high quality. Perfect dress for our warm California fall. No need for a bra!

There are a few pieces that dress up or down and are extremely comfortable. This dress is one of those and so I bought it! It is a staple for me! It does not require a bra, it is very flowy and clings to your hips just right for a little shape but loose in the middle to be able to eat an extra bowl of pasta 😂 A little vintage and classy. Great length too!

Very stylist, I received a lot of compliments on this dress. It was a little big for my liking, I would suggest sizing down. But overall very happy with this pick.

It is true to size. I got the 8 and 10 and wore the 8. Definitely a dress wo wear with flats, which it also a plus! Definitely a no bra dress. I'm 5'5 about 165 pounds. And a 34b/c.

A really pretty, classy slip dress. I wore it out to dinner and a jazz club with a black sequin jacket. Definitely recommend.

This shift dress is so amazingly comfy that it feels like wearing a nighty! I didn’t even have to wear a bra bc the velvet material is thick enough that your nipples won’t show through. I loved the subtle slit on the sides and the delicate gold and velvet details which both elevated it to make it dressy enough for a wedding welcome party. The next night one of my friends borrowed it and it looked amazing on her body shape too! It’s like the sisterhood of the traveling shift dress. Loved it so much and received so many compliments. I wish I owned it.

Rented this for a wedding that I knew would have a range of formality among guests. Was perfect to feel dressed up but not look overdressed. Weight is really nice and the texture is great. Fit TTS, I am typically a 12 in dresses, 10 in pants, L for tops.

LBD! Really comfortable, soft velvet dress. I'm typically a 4/6 in dresses and I ended up wearing the 2. It hung just right on my hips.

If you're looking for a comfortable, classy , sassy and perfect dress-- this is it. The pictures don't do it justice. I'll be going to an outdoor wedding and need a bit of warmth in my ensemble-- this velvet is so perfect. There is a double layer to it which is nice too. I love that the back neckline matches the front. It's not too low for me and I'll still be able to wear a bra. Can't wait!

Very comfortable sheath dress. I wore it to a fall wedding. The velvet material was soft and I liked the subtle sparkly pin stripe design. The material was also very stretchy and the side slits made walking and dancing easy. The top was a bit lower cut than I would have liked. Size 6 fit true to size for me.

Loved and bonus it was so comfortable! I dressed it down for work with a jean jacket and bandeau as the front had a deep cut (my only dislike as the straps were long on me so it came down too far in the front). The slits are super cute and came up to mid-thigh on me. I would rent again!

I did have to tie up the straps a bit as it shows too much cleavage for a work party ha, but was super cute and comfy!

I sized down based on the photo of the model, but I wish I got my normal size as it's more fitted than it appears. I wore this to a rehearsal dinner and it was the perfect amount of "dressy", I think it could be great for a holiday party too.

My specs: 175lbs, 5'8", very hourglass This dress's specs: A straight cylinder at ~44" (with some give.) I wanted to try something new for a fall outdoor wedding. This dress is great for that. It is very pretty. I was perfectly dressed for an autumn garden event - I felt confident in it! However, the shape did not work on my body. It was too straight and a bit too long, making it unflattering. On my small chest, the bust darts did not help the silhouette. I give this dress a 4/5 because the quality was very good and I believe it would look FABULOUS on someone who is more apple shaped or straight figured. :-) I have included pictures of the fit from side and front. I ended up putting a belt with this dress (the second pic) because I felt it better worked with my frame. The final pic I included was the full outfit. I wore a strappy pair of heels but decided to wear something more neutral for the review images. I hope they help!!

Material looks really expensive, but the dress is actually stretchy and comfortable. The split was sexy but classy. Loved it.

TTS but definitely a loose, straight cut. I wish it had just sliiiiiiightly more shape and I would have given it 5 stars. Lovely low V neckline keeps it from looking frumpy, and the fabric has a nice little bit of sparkle. Perfect for a fancy dinner date!

Fit was more like a body con dress than a loose slinky dress on my body type. The material is really nice, thick and the silver stripes are pretty. It does have some stretch as well. I really wanted to love it but I just wasn't super comfortable with the fit.
