This dress is fitted but not tight, high neck line is conservative, material is beautiful. I have a long torso so a perfect fit would be about an inch longer at the waist making it hit the thigh a bit lower but in every other way it's perfect. I paired it with nearly opaque stockings since it was borderline short for my purpose. Would absolutely buy if I dressed up more often. 100% true to size but if you have a thicker area (hips/butt for example) I would size up since it doesn't stretch.

Such a comfy and easy dress!! Wore to a work networking event. I am about 16 weeks pregnant at the time of wearing this and it fit perfectly - not constricting at all. Great staple for work wardrobe and looks great with a black blazer.

I'm usually a 4/6. I saw reviews and got a 6. SO TIGHT. I exchanged for an 8. I wore it, but it was still a little tight. I still wore it, and I loved it. Received compliments! Cut to perfection.

I rented this dress for work. I try to dress up even though people around me are more casual than usual! I think it was my first time renting this designer so I erred on the larger side (I'm usually a 2 or 4.) It fit well and didn't wrinkle much

very cute, love it and have rented twice now. just a little short..still office appropriate but is not very stretchy, it is very stiff so it rides up when you are sitting and is hard to get in and out of the car (just FYI)

Tweedy look to fabric. Medium weight. Easily pairs with black blazer for work. Even thought it's sleeveless, I wouldn't rent in hot weather. Spring to winter it would work fine with sweater, blazer, or even a turtleneck underneath.

Pros: neat pattern/print, nice thickness for fall/winter. Cons: runs just slightly small, it was pretty stiff so it's not as forgiving for a variety of body shapes.

Very work appropriate and can be dressed up for a special occasion. Especially for the holidays. Very festive but can be worn anytime throughout the year.

This was a nice dress for work. I normally wear a 4 and RTR sent a 6. I think the 4 would have been better but I added a black belt to give some definition. It's a little long but looked cute with boots.

The dress runs a bit small, so you may want to size up (I'm usually between a 6-8), but this is a great dress. I'm a little leery of sheath styles since my 56-year-old body is showing its curves more than it used to, but this style and fabric didn't emphasize the bulge.

With tights and a blazer, this was a wonderful professional look for my business formal days. It was slimming and stylish; great flecks of neutral color in the red made it match everything. Do size up -- I had no room to spare in the 10 vs usually wearing an 8-10. Also, be careful on workwear if you're any taller than me -- it hit about 2 inches above my knee, and I wouldn't have felt it was professional even with tights any shorter.

Everyone at work asked me if I was wearing my power dress because I had a big meeting. I got so many compliments and felt fabulous.

The 2 was a perfect fit for me. The red tweed is very pretty, and not too heavy. Perfect for that early fall transitional weather. I did find this a little loose in the waist (not unexpectedly, it is more of a shift dress), but liked the look overall. This is an easy dress for work, and can easily be layered with tights and a turtleneck or blouse underneath in colder weathr. Highly recommend.

This dress runs small and the top was too large.

It fit a bit tight for a size 6, the fabric does not stretch at all. Size up if you're in between sizes.

Was tight through the middle and hard to zip. I did not wear. The fabric is reeky pretty and its a classy dress that is appropriate for work or an evening out.

I love this dress. I'm giving it 4 stars because it really needs a good jacket or sweater to "pop." On its own, it's good, but not great.
