For my brother's late-summer Berkeley, CA wedding I was one of four girls to carry the chuppah and stand throughout the ceremony with the bride and groom. I paired it with tan leather gladiator flats to keep my look consistent with the low-key California vibe of the wedding. I couldn't have been happier with the look and feel of the dress--it was so lightweight and comfortable with beautiful movement--and (most importantly) I never had to fidget with my straps or tug up/down on it to make sure everything was in place. A couple different girls told me that this was the sort of dress they always had in mind but were never able to find in stores. Also worth mentioning that RTR provided awesome service throughout the process even though I was a nightmarish customer (after I placed my dress order, I decided to totally change both dresses and then--like 3 days before the event--changed the delivery address from NYC to San Francisco). Fit really well, loved wearing it!

Oh how I loved this dress! Every time I rent, I want to pick it as my backup dress so I can wear it again. This dress was sexy without showing too much skin, flowy with great movement, and perfect for a hot summer wedding in Florida. Loved it loved it loved it! Only issue was that the neck hole was a little small (and no zipper or button to get it on), the 2 was a tad roomy on me and I wanted to try the 0 but I literally could not fit my noggin through the neck hole!

I wore this dress to my winter formal and was extremely pleased with it! The material is comfortable and definitely came off appropriate for the event. My only problem with the dress was it'd cling to my body and I'd have to pull it off a lot. I ordered 0 and 2 and the 0 was too small that I couldn't fit my head through the hole! There are no zippers either so you have to slip this on

The second I opened the box for this dress, I was head over heels in love. This dress was comfortable, and fabulous! I felt confident in the easy fit, and it was awesome for the low-key, yet formal wedding I attended on New Year's Eve. My best friend's mother was getting married and she said, "Wow that dress is stunning! Perfect for our theme, and it looks beautiful on you." It was so true fitting and it was absolutely perfect! I'd reccommend it to anyone. Also, I have a small bust, and it helped highlight my curves and cover that area, so that I still felt girly and cute. But we live in Washington, so we were talking about Husky football at the time and were posing as "mean muggin UW coaches" hehe). :).

Lovely dress rental for an October wedding. It fit nicely, a little (just a tad) short on me. I received many compliments and was comfortable in it the entire night!

I wore this dress out to a formal dinner in Washington, D.C. with my family. The dress was a perfect fit and was so right for the occasion. I would recommend it for any event that calls for something somewhat conservative. It was still fun and flirty enough that I felt like myself instead of feeling stiff and uncomfortable in a formal setting.

Super comfy dress to wear. Fit was perfect. The dress itself is flowy and breezy. The ribbon belt is what gives it structure in the waist when it's tied.

This is the easiest dress to wear for any occasion. It fits easily and really well and looks great. I've rented it twice already.

Wore it to a friend's shower and loved it. I usually wear 0-2 or 2P, and the length of this dress was perfect - maybe a little longer than mid-thigh. The only tricky thing is that there is no zipper or a button at the neck, and the hole to pull your head through was a bit tight in size 0 (I don't think I have a gigantic head or anything - I wear size M in hats). Other than that, the fabric and shape were very flattering, the feather pattern was lovely, and I got lots of compliments!

I was nervous when I ordered the dress because I ordered my size (6), and the size smaller than that because the 8 was unavailable and the 10 would have been too big. I was in for a pleasant surprise when the dresses arrived because the 4 fit wonderfully! It was comfortable, unique, and paired perfectly with black tights. I wore this to my schools Winter formal and it was definitely dressy enough. I've never loved a dress more than this one!

I rented this dress for a wedding in October and I loved it. The dress is babydoll shaped, and then the sash creates the waist. I am short waisted, so the loops for the sash didn't quite sit at my natural waist, but it looked really pretty. I got compliments on it all night! It was a little tight in the chest, but the overlay covered up any tightness. I would definitely recommend it!

The dress is beautiful but frankly I was a tiny bit disappointed in the quality of craftsmanship -- the hems were a little uneven (you can even see in the picture of the model that they are a little wonky). The dress doesn't really have a shape without the sash tied, so I ended up wearing the 4 rather than the 2 solely for reasons of length -- I thought the 2 was surprisingly short. Nonetheless, the fabric feels great and flowy, the silver print is gorgeous, and with the waist cinched in with the sash, it's a great dress for dancing.

I am 42 years old and rented a size 10. It was a great fit and was really fun to wear. Definitely not too short and you can wear your own undergarments! It was a cool night so I wore black hose and closed toe pumps. Looked great!

Wore for a family wedding in October. Incredibly easy and flattering...add some pearls, and you're set. On me, the under-layer hit just above the knee, and the overlay just below. Perfect for occasions which require a bit more modesty (fam gatherings, office parties, etc).

This dress looks really great on! The model is obviously tall, so from the picture it looks like the dress might be a bit short. Turns out it hit me just above the knee (height 5'4''), which worked out great and still looked good. I wore this to an October wedding and love it.

Great dress! Flowed wonderfully, felt great on, and the sash really nipped me in at the smallest point and gave a great shape. Easy to wear. Was great for a September wedding.

I wore this with grey tights and black heels to a winter wedding in the South. It was very comfy and light. It ended up being a little chilly, even thought it was 70 degrees, but still worked well indoors.

My size became unavailable so I tried the 8 that was available (I'm normally a 10) but it was way too tigt to even get on. The belt it what gives this dress some shape, but the top does not have any stretch, so you definitely need to order big enough for the top to fit properly. Overall I think this dress would be really cute and flattering for any event.

I rented this dress to wear to an outdoor summer barbeque. What I liked about this dress was the fit, comfortable and easy to wear, as well as the appearance and style. It was easy to dress up or dress down. It will flatter most figures. I would recommend this dress for a formal or casual event. It was elegent but still down to earth. The only thing I would have changed was the hem length. At 5'3 the dress came all the way to my knees, other than that this was an excellent choice.

I wore this dress to prom and was really happy with it. The material was nice and it fit well. My only problem with it is that the built in slip is a little shorter than the external chiffon so the extra fabric looked odd. I ordered up a size because I didn't want it to be tight around the bust. For those of you in the same boat, I'd say order up, but beware that the dress might be a bit bigger everywhere else. Anyone else, order the size you usually wear. Oh and the sash tie is a great addition, it gives the relatively shapeless dress a nice, personalized form.

I rented this dress for my early afternoon bridal shower in February. I absolutely loved the color, design, and fabric, and it was extremely comfortable. My only concern/issue was the length. Since I'm almost 5'10, the dress looked super short on me especially when I put on my heels. I live in a place that's still cold in February, so I put on some dark grey tights to help me feel a little more appropriately dressed (and to ease my concern about flashing people!). I received many compliments about the dress and no one said it was too short (at least not to my face). :)

I ordered this dress for a holiday party. It was actually my back-up dress and this is the one I wore. It was so comfortable, I had to wear it. I ordered the 4 with the 2 as my back-up size and wore the 2. This dress goes over your head, so make sure you are not planning an elaborate hair style to be done ahead of time. The one complaint I had was that this dress is a bit clinging and is subject to static cling. I had to walk around a while after taking my coat off to get the dress to stop clinging to itself and to my hose. Maybe it's best worn without hose, and during warmer months. Otherwise, a really cute, non-fussy dress.

Fits a little tight in the arms, but managaable

The dress fit fine, though the opening at the neckline was a little tight to put on. In the end, I didn't wear this to my event because the feathers didn't stand out much and between that and the way the waistline fit (not flattering on me despite the sash at the waist), I felt the dress was dowdy. Perhaps if you are bigger chested than me (I'm an A/B) and have more curves, this dress would be flattering for a conservative party/work event.

I found this dress to be "eh." It wasn't bad, but wasn't great. I wore it to a wedding and wasn't thrilled with it.

I ended up wearing a different dress because this was a little too modest/mom-ish for the occasion, but I had an amazing experience with rent the runway- they took it back without changing me. I'd definitely rent from them again.
