This dress is beautiful BUT try it on the second it comes. The staff at RTR are amazing and will get you a dress that fits! Here is my story: my order got confused. (I rented an American size 2 and 4, but got an Australian size 2 and 4 at first.) The team at RTR worked fast to get me the right size. While the dresses all fit me on the bottom, I could not get the top zipped. When I got the replacement, the American size 6 fit over my chest. The neoprene like material does not have much give, so I felt held in and didn’t need a bra. So if you are like me with broader shoulders, larger chest, narrow in the hips and waist, go a size or two up. The dress is beautiful. You just need to work with it!

Beautiful coral red color (orangey), fabric is kind of neoprene (like a thin wet suit), but it smooths out everything helped with a little boning in the dress. It was a tight zip but once I got into it was very comfortable through the evening. So many compliments on the neck line, color, etc. I would consider buying this.

I would have purchased it, but I don’t have enough formal events to attend. Neckline is absolutely beautiful. Color is accurately portrayed. Material is nice and thick, so it hugs and supports your body well. The 12 fit me perfectly, and I’m typically a size 8/30 in pants and small/medium up top. Great for small-chested gals, as the accents give your top more volume. Truly, a breathtaking dress and I got so many compliment.

Acler has been one of my favorite brands for a while, and this dress proved my point yet again. The material is thick and forgiving, the shape is very flattering, and the poppy color is bright and beautiful!

This dress was great- stood out in a sea of boring black for sure. I ended up wearing my larger size - due to the fit around the chest/bust area. I had an athletic build and DD chest. It fit snugly but was not uncomfortable or restricting. I had so many compliments on the dress. I will for sure be renting again for this kind of formal event.

I loved the thickness of the fabric because it helps in giving shape and structure and the color I think is universally flattering. I went up in size because I’m curvier and want to be able to dance and not be tugging at the dress to keep it straight. I would totally buy this if I could!

I wanted to give this 5 stars so bad! I marked too small but honestly feel if I sized up it would’ve been too big in the bust? The snugness in the hips made the lining ride. Also there is a thicker seam right in the middle of the waistline I thought was odd. Not uncomfortable but could be felt. Tons of compliments on color and design!

Fun, loud, delicious color with thick, well-draping fabric. Sadly was just too big for me but could've made it work with a skinny belt - just would've taken away from the formal look. I would've fit in the AUS 6 but sized up based on other reviews.
