The arms are tiny so order a size larger than usual and it will fit great. I'm always a size 2 (40) but ordered a 4 (42) after reading the reviews and the 42 was perfect. The material is high quality and the design is stylish.

This dress is everything! I rented it for a DVD recording, and it was a huge hit! It hugs the right places, and the cut is impeccable! The sleeves are slightly long, but I thought that added charm to the outfit! I would rent this over and over again!

This dress is amazing, it's so elegant. I got so many complements. The design is so original, unique and stands out. The only thing is the arms are a bit tight but as uncomfortable. The zipper opens completely so be sure to secure it from both ends. I would rent over and over. It's a beautiful dress < 3

The design and cut of this dress is great. The arms are very tight as other reviewers have mentioned, therefore I went a little larger. That made the shoulders a little too big. But this is a memorable dress. I wore it to the theater and received compliments from strangers in the bathroom line as wells as the ushers. I also wore it to a women's charity event and it was a hit. I would keep it, but it is so memorable I wouldn't be able to wear too often.

Sleeves definitely small glad I sized up. Normally wear a 2 got a 6 and sleeves still a little tight but not unbearable.

This dress was stunning! Believe the reviews when they say the arms are tight. They are. The rest of the dress fits normal. NuBra with this one.

An Italian 46 is a US 10 and I'm a US 8 so I really should have sized down (and will the next time I rent this one) but holy smokes, it took serious effort to get the sleeves up over my upper arms! Length was a little longer than I anticipated and this dress would be more flattering if it was about an inch shorter (I'm 5'7) so you tall ladies looking for a below-the-knee option will be in luck here. Overall this is a comfortable, work appropriate stunner that I will be renting again (but next time I'll size down and pray that the sleeves aren't any smaller).

The fit was great in this dress everywhere except the arms! The arms are so tight! I don't feel like I have large arms by any means but yikes! The dress is so pretty and flattering so I'm just baring through the tightness of the arms. It's also a little long but I'm 5'4 so I'm used to it. Definitely need some heels for this one! Very sleek and sophisticated style!

This dress is truly amazing but as othershave noted the sleeves are a PROBLEM. My usual size fit like a glove, if anything it would have been fine a little tighter except for those arms - they feel like tourniquets right at the top and the dress is nearly impossible to get on or wear because of it. The slightly stiff material of the sleeves also is a bit irritating where it bends at the inside of the elbows as well. One last minor thing is that the zipper tends to unzip itself - both from the bottom when walking briskly and from the top if you slouch. On the plus side, both the zipper situation and the arms encourage good posture. And the dress is really special if you can find a fit that works - it's both really sexy and flattering but very professional and modest coverage (beloe the knee, long sleeves, high boat neck in front - the back dips a little but not too much and i think the dress would also look beautiful with a blazer for a business formal look. The color blocking is great, and overall just a unique, expensive yet traditional look.

The stress was incredibly flattering and elegant. Unfortunately the arms run small and have no give. The rest of the dress however a fit like a glove.

I received so many compliments on this dress, it is beautiful and classic. I did size up, I am typically a 0 and I got 6 because I was concerned about the arms. The 6 was big on me, realistically I could have worn a 2 or 4. Size up and you'll be happy!

Possibly my favorite, most unforgettable RTR rental. As other reviewer said, arms run SMALL. So tight I wondered if I could get through the day. And I have rather thin arms, so this was odd. Also, hangars have already made their mark in the shoulders so that is a little weird, but enough going on with dress that it seems like a design detail (it's not). Back just high enough to wear a regular bra.

I think this dress is gorgeous. The fabric is beautiful, heavy and warm, and the zipper all the way up the back is a sexy touch for an otherwise relatively covered up style. Unfortunately, the arms are way way way tight - I'm pretty slim up top but still muscular, biceps measure 12" and I lift weights 4x / week, and I can barely get my arms in the sleeves. Maybe size up if you're more athletic than slim!

I'm petite and never ever had an issue with a sleeve fit. I couldn't pull this up over my arm. Disappointing because the dress is so beautiful.

Gorgeous dress, great material, but pretty tight in the chest, and the arms are so tight, I could barely pull the sleeves up my arms. Felt like I was getting my blood pressure taken. 

Im generally a 6 but sized up for this. The body of the dress fit but I couldnt get my arms in the dress and around my shoulders! So tight!!!

I didn't read the reviews on this one till after I selected it as one of my unlimited items, and I should have. As just about everyone said, the sleeves were unbelievably tiny. I would have had two get two sixes too large to get the sleeves on, and then it would have been baggy everywhere else. A pity, as this really looks lovely.

The sleeves are so tight! I was in a rush when I ordered this, so I didn't see everyone else's comments, but boy, are they true. While everything else fit (the waist, bust, butt, etc), I couldn't even pull the sleeves up over my shoulders! It's really too bad because otherwise the dress is beautiful; the fabric is thick and the look is gorgeous. Try a size up for sure!

arms/ shoulders were too narrow. Hips and waist were good.

I could not wear this gorgeous dress because of the bizarrely small arms. I actually have slim arms for my build, so was shocked when I could barely wiggle the arms on. I was contemplating whether I could still wear the dress as the body of the dress is so beautiful and flattering, but as I started to feel the pulse in my finger tips from having the circulation in my arms cut off, I knew there was no way I could go through an entire day like that. I was super disappointed to take the dress off, because again, the actual dress itself is one of the most beautiful and stylish dresses I have ever tried on, but ultimately, arm circulation is pretty vital to my day.

I read the reviews - I thought ok, my arms are small. I should be ok. Nope. Super, super small arms, and shoulders!

It's a nice design but it is very long for a short person and the sleeves were UNBELIEVABLY tight! I have never seen a dress with such tight sleeves. It is not possible for anyone with healthy arms to be able to wear this dress. They are also extremely long.

The arms are extremely tight and not true to the size. Gorgeous dress and fabric, but I have small arms and mine didn't even begin to fit in. Couldn't wear it due to the arms.

I usually wear an 8 so I ordered a 44. The dress fit fine in bust, waist and hips, was even a little large on me. However, the arms were too small for me to be able to wear the dress. If I'd gone a size up, the rest of the fit would have been too big.

Not appropriate for work turns out. Ran way too small. Fabric in chest is not forgiving and cut my boob in half, returned immediately. Too bad because love the design and fabric was nice

This could be a great dress, but the arms are unbelievably tight. I have skinny arms and it was still to tight to wear comfortably. The back is also pretty low cut, so if you're wearing to work you'll probably need a jacket.

This dress runs small; in fact it ran so small that I couldn't even put it on. The arms were extremely small, as well. Order several sizes larger!
