The material is cut on a bias, so it drapes well and has a nice sheen to it so it looks classy. It does have a tendency to turn while I'm walking (probably because of the material cut), but that could likely be solved by wearing a slip (which I didn't have at the time). The material is substantial, but fairly thin so a good seamless undergarment is recommended.

I really enjoyed this skirt. It can leave you a little weirdly shaped if you wear a short top-I'm curvy and it clung around my hips and thighs before falling straight at about my knees. It might help to size up if you are curvy to avoid this or just own whatcha have and go for it like I did. I loved it in the combo shown in the pic-with an oversized sweater for a more relaxed look which fell lower on the skirt-and therefore it didn't matter.

I'm very petite, so at 5' this skirt was more of a 'maxi' on me than it would be on others. Easy to style and wear for daytime or nighttime, it was an easy piece to throw on and feel put together instantly. The sturdy waistband was also a nice feature as it helped keep the light sweaters I 'half-tucked' in place without looking sloppy or weird.

Very happy with this skirt, I wore it with a white wrap top to a dinner and felt great!

Though the fabric was clingy, the color was gorgeous and the fit was perfect. I have a pear shape, so finding things that fit my waist-hip-thigh combo is a struggle, but the elastic waistband and forgiving fabric were excellent. Paired great with a tucked graphic t and a black blazer with boots.

Wanted to love this skirt, but don't think this style is right for me. Was pretty snug going on and LOTS of static. Wasn't super flattering on me and couldn't put together a great outfit so I never wore it.

Fabric was clingy/too much static. Large side seams were unflattering and made my hips look larger than they are. Color wasn't deep or rich- tone was fairly pedestrian. Overall quality lacking in fabric and construction.
