This is a simple but beautiful skirt. A little more structure around the waistband and waistline in general would have made it more comfortable and flattering in my opinion - it wasn’t too easy to tuck a shirt into. I bought a similar Margiela skirt from rtr recently that is a somewhat similar shape and in some ways I wish I’d waited and bought this one. Might try to convince myself that they are different enough to justify a second purchase...

This midi-style skirt is both comfy and cute. I docked it a star because it was a little challenging to get on without a zipper. I was worried it wouldn't fit, but ended up slipping it on over my head. Ended up a little shorter on me than pictured on RTR. Overall, a high quality skirt that can be easily dressed up or down.

Went to Fredericksburg & paired the skirt with a cropped light sweater. Easy to style, and worked to dress up and down. Weird fit around the hip - the seams wouldn't lay flat. Also, the skirt is not stretchy except for the skinny waistband. If you're between sizes, I'd size up!

Rented this because I had to wear the ENTIRE outfit (Anine Bing tee and skirt.) Longest part hit at lower calf on me. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the silk but you definitely need some form of shaper/spanx with it, which sort of dampens the carefree summer feel. That said, this skirt is gorgeous. Don't panic when you see it on the hanger, the waist has elastic. Even in summer, I had to hit it with some Cling Free anti-static spray.

I wanted to love this slinky skirt, but it was both too big in the waist and the asymmetric seam hit my body at an awkward spot, looking like an aggressively bad underwear line. Also I should have known better than to try and wear it in a Chicago winter - the static in tights and dry cold weather made it a stage 5 clinger.

Laid funny and had a weird poof. Sent it back without wearing.

Wore this to an Australian themed party, on a date, to a formal dance recital, to work etc. loved this piece

I wore this skirt to a holiday party with a sweater, to a club with a T-shirt, and to Christmas Eve mass with a body suit & jacket. It's so versatile, and so comfortable. Length & waist both fit perfectly as well. I would absolutely rent this again.

This is the perfect silk skirt!! Beautiful material and the perfect length for me being a short girl. I'm sure it's very versatile height-wise since it has an asymmetrical hem. Very classy.

I was the lucky first person to wear my skirt! The material and bias cut are stunning but the piece was a bit finicky. Several things to note: I had to wear spanx under it to avoid panty line showing, I spent 10 min steaming the wrinkles out of it in the morning, and the seam was a bit awkward around my hips and didn’t totally “lay down” against my hip. If you’re shorter than 5’3” this is probably not going to work for you... it’s longer than expected and hit about 4” above the ground for me.

Sooo silky smooth. Loved this skirt. Rented the medium because the small was unavailable and probably would have preferred the fit of the small but considering I am generally between sizes the medium fit as well! (Waistband is stretchy and was slightly loose on the medium) really comfortable and made me feel so pretty. A woman stopped me while having a drink at the bar to tell me how great my outfit was! Would totally rent again

So sad to return this skirt. Wore it with a turtleneck and booties. Wore it with a sweater and sandals. Wore it with a vintage tee tied with a leather jacket and Converse. You can literally style this any way. It runs a taaaaad large but I'd stick with your usual size. I have bigger thighs and booty, and a smaller waist and the Medium is great. I've rented this 3 times now!

I ended up not being able to wear this as it would not fit over my hips and I do have curves.

The medium fit me fine but I'm short 5'2 and it went almost down to my ankles. I wore it with flats but if it was winter I would've worn it with boots and a sweater or something. I had no problems with static like everyone else claimed I just steamed it and I liked it just fine. Will probably rent again in fall.

Picture looked silky and flowy but the seams and the waist fell weirdly. I didn't end up wearing it even though I thought it would be an easy wardrobe addition.

Seams on the side are puckered and strange, make your hips look huge and weird

I really loved this and the way it fit except for the seams over the hips stood out. Such a shame because it was wonderful otherwise. Probably good for an hourglass figure.

I tried this on late at night- not a good idea. It's a great basic that matches almost everything in my wardrobe. So, perfect for a vacation. I still don't like the lumpy stitching on the side of the right hip, but it can be worked around. Good solid choice and flattering.

Love the shape, but it was a bit big. The elastic waist was stretched, so might just be due to overuse.

I've got big hips. I typically wear an 8/10 in jeans. Couldn't even get this skirt on
