Yes it's a very wide, large, loose fit that's short in length. The side ties help to shape it from being too voluminous. I wore it with denim jacket to help on a cooler day

Wore my normal size (Medium), it may run a little short for the tall girlies but overall would rent again. Very comfy and versatile. Can dress up or down, I wore with little kitten heels, but can also do sneakers for more casual wear.
