I would buy this. Compliments all through the evening at a holiday party. Now my side fat was trying to fat but I pulled up the dress sides and kept it moving. Thankfully it stayed in place. Make sure to watch your shapewear as there is a slit in the back. I would 200% buy this dress as a closet staple!

This was a nice basic little black dress, with an interesting detail at the shoulder to jazz it up a little. The fabric is stretchy but thinner than I thought, so spanx helped out a with the fit.

I am usually a medium or large. The large was more comfortable but the medium hugged in all the right places. Length appropriate for a baptism but still looked cute. Would wear again !

This dress was the perfect combination of classy and unique. The silhouette fit perfectly but wasn't so body conforming that you can't move. The interesting neckline added a nice flaire and I got several complements.

I rented this for my brother's wedding & selected it bc (a) I loved it and (b) I would be 6/7 months pregnant & had no idea what my body would be like; this dress was a result when I selected the 2nd & 3rd trimester filters It wasn't stretchy so I was a bit worried but the M fit perfectly around my bump. Since my boobs haven't caught up yet it was a bit loose in the upper chest/back but I used fashion tape & also used to shorten the long strap & keep it from slipping! Pre-pregnancy wore size 4/6

I liked this dress, but didn't love it. I wore my hair down, so it looked just like a normal black dress. If I got this again, I would make sure to do an updo.

I normally wear between a S and a M, got this dress in a M. It was on the tighter side, especially on my hips, but still fit overall. Loved how chic it looked on. The material was high quality. I got a TON of compliments!! Wore this for my brother's engagement party.

Loved the fit and length of this dress. It was very flattering and comfortable. The only thing that was a little weird was the turtle neck was super loose and I had to safety pin it back. Other than that no issues!

The cutout on the shoulder really elevates this simple turtleneck dress. I really loved the cut, but the back slit is a little high, so watch out if you have long legs

The top part of the sleeve was hard to keep up but it kept me in a good position not to slouch.

Nice rayon doesn't wrinkle but the neck is so big I had to pin it and I have tiny shoulders so the dramatic Part of the dress just flops off. Bummer.

Fit great. I had to stick the strap down, but I expected that when I rented so no worries. Very comfortable, easy to eat and breathe in without being loose or shapeless.

Great fit. Looks professional under a blazer and a little less with the blazer off. I wore with black blazer and black pumps. the pencil skirt was a little too wide for me (not tight to legs - this is probably a good thing for some people). I didn't wear or need a bra with this (I normally am size 36c).

I am a small "medium" so the fit was not clingy. It made it easier to dine and dance. I had to lift the strap back up a couple of times, but I was dancing! It's a classic silhouette but the neckline gives it a stand out edge.

Love the cut and style! It ended up being extremely tight in bust area. I did end up wearing it with a suit jacket & no bra which was unfortunate because the reason for renting was because of the detail which ended up being covered up by my jacket. Someone with smaller breasts would fit in it better. Material is great and overall flattering on. I wish there was a little bigger size.

I wore this dress to a friend's engagement party and it was perfect! I'm 5'1" 120 pounds, and I ordered a small, which fit perfectly. I was worried about the length being too long, but it ended up being the appropriate length for the style and fell right below my knee. It flattered my frame really well without being skin tight. I definitely still had room to dance, eat, and sit down comfortably.

As I am 5'2'' this felt a little bit too long (about 2 inches below the knee) but still looked very elegant! I love the detail in the shoulder, and the high quality of the fabric. It's an elegant look for a cocktail or work event.

I wish the strap would have stayed up, it moved around, but was still a great dress... fit great in the hips.

This little black dress had a great cut. I love the high neck and shoulder detail. The body of the dress is very fitting, thought it would have a little stretch. Was scared to wear thinking I might rip it. Opted to wear another dress.

I ordered the size small, I am 5'9" about 145 lbs and it fit quite snugly. Very cute but not quite appropriate for a work event. I should have gone a size up

The fabric is so thin so it shows every bump (rather than sucking it in) this also makes it not fit like the glove you want this dress to fit like. Overall it feels and looks cheaper in person.
