I rented it for a formal date night for my hubby's 30th birthday and it fit like a glove! It was modest & sexy at the same time and I didn't have to worry about anything "falling out". Highly recommend this dress!

I ordered this for a fundraising gala for work - it was perfect! I looked classy, yet fashionable. I received so many compliments from all ages. I ordered the small (my normal size) and it fit perfect. The dinner was 10 courses and the dress was so forgiving at the end of the night (which is when this photo was taken!). This is my third time using Rent the Runway and have had a great experience every single time!!

This dress was the perfect amount of glitz for a work Christmas party - not too flashy but still special. The M felt better around my waist but the sleeves were really big so I went with the S for a better overall look but could have worn either.

The fabric for the bodice is gorgeous and substantial. Very well made. The contrast with the skirt fabric is done nicely. So many compliments. I loved this dress!

I rented this for my husband's awards ceremony at work. It was perfect: comfortable, classy, and stylish. The zipper was difficult to zip, and the lace flowers are heavier than expected, but overall, this dress was amazing!

The dress fit great! The sleeves and top were lace and it was high cut which made it perfect for a work holiday party. The neck lace detail was a little itchy but wasn't too bad. The length of the skirt was great and comfortable and I loved the material. It made me want to dance all night! I loved this look during the winter time.

This dress was beautiful and comfortable! The waist band does not stretch so you may need to size up. I am 5'10" about 135lbs and usually wear a small. I wore the medium but I am also 15 weeks pregnant. Highly recommend, absolutely gorgeous!

I secretly always try to be one of the best dressed in the room and as simple as this dress may seem it received compliments all night. Would rent again but I got my eyes on several other dresses on RTR for future occasions.

Fits TTS although as others have mentioned, zipper takes someone else to help. Sleeves are a little itchy but doesn't make or break the look. Makes a nice silhouette & got lots of compliments!!

Fit was TTS - I'm built smaller on the top so this dress definitely worked in my favor. The top was fitted and the skirt was flowy; the dress was so comfortable!! Tons of compliments. The only small issue was the zipper, it was a little challenging to pull up due to the material.

I wore this dress for a dinner in Newport, RI and it was perfect. I'm petite (5'2" and 110 lbs) so the arms were a little long and big but other than that it fit well. The only complaint I have about the dress is the zipper kept getting stuck. If I didn't have my boyfriend there to help me the dress wouldn't have worked.

I wore an extra small, I'm 5'3" and 120lbs. My shoulders are an athletic build and almost had to wear the size small for that reason. Overall the dress was great.

Loved this dress--wore it for my nephew's baptism. It's comfortable but the zipper is extremely tough to get up--nothing to do with the size though, I think it's the material. Got many compliments!

The dress was really nice and very flattering. Although the top is open with the lace embroidery, it does not breathe well. I wore this for a wedding in September in the 80s and the dress was too hot. I was fine in the church, but had to change for the reception.

I'm normally a 6 I chose a medium because of the reviews I'm glad I did, the sleeves were slug if you had to raise your hand well it would be tough. The zipper is small you'll need help zipping it, the pleats made me look slimmer

True to size, sleeves are looser than they appear in the model pictures. Very comfortable.

Loved this dress so much. However, the zipper was super tough, definitely would not have been able to zip this by myself. The thicker black fabric around the waist was the toughest part to get the zipper past. The waist was a little tighter than I would have wanted, I wish I would have ordered a back up size just to see. Other than that I loved the dress and would absolutely wear it again.

I'm 5'6 and a half, 150 lbs, 36D, 28 inches hips 39.5. I loved this dress! It has a really nice flow when walking and makes me feel extra girly. Very chic and professional enough for the office! I would definitely rent again! the dress hugs me in all the right places, yet very comfortable. I wore this for a Gala for work and it was the perfect dress! It was elegant yet relaxed. The material was high quality and I'd wear it again. I did have to go with the large, which was my back up size. I am bigger chested and my shoulders are broad so it wouldn't zip up in the back once you got up towards my chest. (It zips all the way up). I get nervous about long sleeves as I have more athletic build arms but there was enough room where it was not tight (even the medium).

I rented this for a wedding rehearsal dinner and I loved it. I was so worried the medium might not fit due to some reviews but it fit me perfectly. I loved the bottom and it hid my tummy area which is always a plus It was warm out and this dress was a bit more suited for a cooler evening but it wasn't that bad. I didn't mind the sleeves being ever so slightly baggy at all. The dress was very comfortable

This dress was a little tight on my rib cage, but going up a size would have been too big. This was perfect fit for my figure, and it was super comfortable. I received so many compliments throughout the night.

Really unique, pretty dress! I am 5'10, athletic and usually wear a Medium or a Large. I wore a large in this but wish I ordered a medium. Lots of extra fabric on the bottom.

This dress was very cute. I wore it to a work dinner/awards ceremony. I wish I had the large because the XL was a little loose but it wasn't too big. The cut of the skirt is very forgiving to those of us with a little mom belly. :) Side note: Funniest part of the night, a coworker from another part of the country rented the exact same dress. We ran into each other at the cocktail hour and had a good laugh. Wish we got a picture together.
