Wore it during a work trip and it was perfect. The pattern is tiny and has both brown and black so I thought it might be hard to match but it wasn’t. It was comfortable walking around the city and going to different office buildings. Everyone complimented me all day - I was a walking ad for RTR 😂. Wore it again the next week because I was working at a diff location and again compliments all day!

I use the dress for two very important gatherings and I felt very confident, the dress lived up to my fashion statement "Ebullient Successful Trailblazer" may consider renting it again. Can go wrong if you have some curves. Use a "Faja"

Rent this dress! It had just enough stretch to be super comfortable and hold its shape. The fabric was comfortable and not too warm. The sleeves made it more interesting than just a grey plaid dress. Length was perfect. I wore shapewear, but it won't be necessary for everyone. The neck was not itchy and the bow detail was perfect!

I actually let my friend borrow the stress, and that she’s much larger than I am in the chest. The dress fit me great, but it also had enough gift to it to accommodate her chest size.

I LOVED this dress and received at least close to the most compliments of anything i have ever rented/worn, especially for work. It maybe borders on the runs a little small side. I go between 2 sizes and went up since it looked a little short and I am 5'8". It still wasn't long but professional. I was comfortable to be in all day and a nice lining to be relaxed in a dress

Wore this dress for a meeting at work and felt like a power boss! It's a tad shorter than expected, but paired with tights, it was fine. The material feels luxe and has a nice weight. The sleeves draped nicely all day. Would rent again!

Loved the fit of this. The neck only bothered me the first few minutes and then I got used to it. The sleeves were a bit more structured than other similar styles but I think that kept with the professional look. I wore this to two work meetings and it was perfect. Easy to wear, and didn't want to tear it off as soon as I got home!

Loved the weight of this material with a little stretch to make it forgiving and be able to wear it fitted without lines showing.

This picture does not do this dress justice. It is Jackie O classy. I rented for a business conference. It fits all your curves without being inappropriate. Nice length just above my knee and I'm 5'5". The fabric is a little bit heavier like a wool but it has stretch to it. I would definitely rent again and if I could afford to buy it.

I'm not the biggest fan of bell or full arms on dresses and shirts, but I liked this dress quite a bit. I particularly liked the neckline and tie. The material was soft, not at all stiff. I got so many compliments on this dress.

It's true to size, and very flattering! It's also a warm piece with lining, so perfect for cold workplaces and fall/winter weather. Very on trend with the beautiful sleeves!

If you have a pear shape the dress will fit all your curves. I loved this dress. Perfect amount of class and sexy without being promiscuous.

Thick fabric makes it good for colder temps. It looks classy except the ruffled sleeves are trendy but perhaps a little too childish for a conservative office.

Easy to wear

Love this dress. It has a little bit of stretch which is good because I can have trouble in the chest area. It is a touch short, but I'm 5'11" and often have this problem. Sleeves are adorable.

I'm 5'8" and this dress was a little to short for me to wear to work. Paired with leather leggings and it was great. Soft, warm dress is perfect for winter weather.

This fit was a bit looser then I wanted but the length was perfect for my work presentation and the sleeves were super cute but a little tight with a jacket over them

Wore this to a work event and pulled it off well. The tailored cut and pattern was conservative enough but the ruffles gave it some flair. Received compliments. It was comfortable to wear and aside from having to be conscious of the sleeve ruffles, I had no issues. I'm not sure the dress wowed me enough to give it more than 3 stars though. It was a good rental that worked for the occasion, but I didn't love it enough to rent again.

This dress fit nicely but was a little short. I wore it with black tights and suede heels, which made it work for me.

Fits great and looks expensive

I wore with stockings and boots to dress it down a bit. I would have preferred to wear it with heels. I'm all legs and didn't find it offensively short. Also --it's very warm!

I had several compliments on this dress and loved the fit- I wish I would have gotten a Small instead of Medium, but it was high quality and very appropriate for work!
