The best qualities of this dress are the color and the sleeves. The white detail at the neck and sleeves is a little weird in person - it's a super bright white ribbon-like thing. It still looked cute but the bright white made it impossible to pair with anything else white without it looking off. The fabric is form fitting and has stretch, and it's fully lined, but spanx are still a good call as it tends to show lines beneath.

I wore this for work in the winter. It's cute. I feel like the blue is bleeding into the white trim. It was comfortable to wear. I didn't have any issues.

This is a wonderful work dress. It's an eye-catching color, classy looking neckline, chest and hip hug your curves while the stomach does NOT hug - a little forgiving, flirty flared sleeves and reasonable length for an office. I will definitely rent it again.

I rented this dress when I was speaking at a large conference for work. It was fantastic! The material is kind of stretchy, lined and fairly heavy. The color doesn't show up great in this hotel-room pic, but it's a beautiful shade of blue; this was at the end of the day, after a big dinner, but earlier in the day it was smooth & fit perfectly. Definitely runs large; I'm very busty and the extra large hung on me. Got a lot of compliments at the conference. Loved this dress, would definitely rent again!

I really loved this dress! It was professional for work and the sleeves were really fun and still good for the work place. Fabric was nice, I paired it with white heels and it looked really sharp. Definitely recommend!

Good dress for an event not work

I love this dress! It was formfitting but flattering. I received a lot of compliments as well as funny comparisons, like calling me the Jetsons. But I didn't care I still love it!

Fits true to size, definitely body con. Happy to be in a M vs S. Otherwise, I'm usually a solid size 6. Length just above knee. Fabric is very comfortable, medium thickness, perfect for fall. Loved the mock turtle too!

The fabric draped and hugged nicely. I didn't find the collar awkward, but I have a long neck! The dress was shorter than I thought it would be-- probably three inches or so above my knees. The bell ruffle sleeves kept their shape throughout the day. It's a nice weight dress for fall/winter.

Loved the fun color and sleeves. However at 5'10 when I walked it would ride up a bit making it to short for work.

The length was appropriate for work and I was able to be comfortable, which was a huge plus. The blue color really popped and the sleeves weren't too long to get in my way during work. Perfect from day to night

I got so many compliments on this dress—seriously, so many, including from people who don't normally seem particularly attuned to what others are wearing. People who know I've been trying out RTR Unlimited immediately picked up on the fact that this was a RTR dress and gave it two thumbs up. It's definitely form fitting. If you're tall, it might be a little short for work, but it was okay for me at 5'3". The white trim does look a little strange at first glance, but I encourage folks to try it. I wasn't sure if it looked weird or not but everyone assured me it was awesome.

I love this dress. It is great for work trips, as the material will not wrinkle at all. It is a great length, and the thickness of the material makes it very flattering. I will probably buy this dress, as I can see it being a great staple for years to come.
