This dress is very flattering. The tight fit and material are very slimming and I felt great in this dress.

I rented this for our engagement photos since we are having a Gatsby-esque wedding in an art deco ballroom and had pictures outside of the Civic Center. So the black and gold and the pattern were a win. I'm a 34D so the chest on the small was tight but yet the medium's waist and bottom were loose on the Medium so I stuck with the small. The cap sleeve arms aren't as flattering as sleeveless would've been but still really liked the dress. 

I rented this for an outdoor Texas wedding. I loved the thick, stretchy fabric; it pulled everything in to a clean silhouette. The dress is short (I'm 5'7" and it hit me midthigh), but it stayed put and didn't need any tugging.  There's no zipper, so you'll want to do your hair and makeup, and apply deodorant *after* putting the dress on.  Material under the arms is a bit scratchy but not unbearable. Great quality for a budget rental price.

Loved this dress, got tons of compliments. Fits great, rides up a little but fit like a glove. Highly recommended for post baby mommy bodies, just hugs everything, feels like spanx but extremely comfortable. Material was thick enough that I didn't even feel the need to wear a bra, fit amazing, loved it & would buy similar designer and fabric again. 

Ok, so I'm about 5'5", 135 pounds. I've had two kids, I don't have a perfect body but it's not awful either. This dress was fun and I felt like I looked good when I looked in the mirror but I think the cap sleeves accentuated the fact that my arms aren't as slender as I would like. I also felt like I was wearing Spanx, but if you're not posing  perfectly, you're still gonna see your pouch if you've got one. Just keeping it real for the public's benefit. You're welcome for posting my generally unflattering photo! ;)

The texture kind of feels like spanx. I loved this dress, and it was definitely one of my favorites from RTR!

I loved this dress! It is definitely a tight fit, but I rented to my regular dress size and worked out fine. The fabric is really thick which helps create a nice body shape. I would not recommending renting for a hot summer day event because it did get a little warm at times. This dress would be great for weddings, cocktail parties, etc.

I am a boudoir and contemporary glamour portrait photographer and I recently shot a mother/daughter contemporary glamour session--the mother is turning 40 and she wanted to celebrate by getting portraits she'll cherish with her daughter--and this dress was perfect! This dress is VERY tight. I am wearing the medium and I had to squeeze into it. But...it also kind of keeps your whole body sucked in and tight. I got lots of compliments. 

Ah, I miss this dress! Wore it for a James Bond themed party and felt fabulous every moment. Incredible make and the fit from any angle. Accentuates the waist and just a perfect length. Also, it's veeery comfortable to dance the night away!

It rides up a little bit and totally hugs your curves, but overall I felt super sexy and stylish.

I have rented this particular brand before so I knew what to expect for the fit, no issues what so ever!  The wedding was outside but it was sunny so even though it was an October wedding, I wasn't cold. Since there is a design at the top of the dress I didn't feel it was necessary to wear a necklace. Instead, I wore a gold bangle bracelet with a pair of gold dangle earrings!  I have rented many times before and have never been disappointed... Thanks again RTR!

I had a baby 4 months prior, so this dress really helped to suck everything in while looking very flattering.  The dress is definitely tight and I wore a size medium. I did have to tug it down through the night because of it riding up, but other than that, it was a beautiful dress. 

I am a petite person and have had trouble in the past finding RTR dresses that fit me. This one was a great option since the fabric was so stretchy/clingy. However, the dress did ride up a lot when walking and moving, so I found myself pulling it down quite often. I ended up wearing sheer black tights with it and I am glad I did because it got pretty short when it rode up and a little slutty looking. I got a lot of compliments and loved the colorful earrings I paired with the simple gold and black design. 

Loved the dress and received tons of compliments! It was a little snug under the arm pits but I was still very pleased with it! It is very form fitting so if anyone is in between sizes they could definitely wear a size up for a little more room. 

Dress was great for the price. This is a fun club dress but also elegant enough for a sophisticated night like a wedding. It had a tendency to ride up when dancing but overall was a nice find and recommendable. I was comfy in the dress and it was true to size. 

While this dress would've been easier to get on if it had a zipper, once on it looked amazing... The stretchy fabric definitely emphasized my waist! I am normally between and medium and a large, but I couldn't get the medium on at all!  Ladies, if you are self-conscious about your body like I am, then don't forget your Spanx! The gold accents on the dress are very nice - I was concerned it would be too much, but it made the dress look classy and flattering.  Lots of compliments on this dress! Thanks RTR! 

This dress is very pretty with the beautiful gold design. The dress is very tight but the fabric is thick and great quality. The only thing was that I did feel slightly uncomfortable wearing it to the church ceremony of the wedding I attended. I wore a shawl around and that worked well. The dress does rise up and I was pulling it down a lot, but it was a great dress and I would recommend it !!!

It fit super well. The fabric was thick, so it sucked everything in. It also was very tight. 

I am about 5'8" and ~135 lbs. The dress looked so small when I took it out of the box, but after I shimmied into it, I was very happy with the fit. It was a thick Spandex kind of material, so it kind of held everything in place, and flattered my curves. I had no problem with the length, although it did ride a little bit as I walked around. The gold detailing was stunning, and I received many compliments on the dress. I am definitely sad to have had to send this one back!

Loved the dress and hugged in all the right places. Definitely a stretchy almost a thick spandex-like material, so felt a bit snug, but it kept my tummy sucked it and nobody thought it looked too tight so it worked. If you're uncomfortable with something a little tight though you may want to size up. Was on the short side but wore tights so it worked. Overall it was a great dress for the occasion!

I loved this dress! I have a small figure to begin with so this dress was a perfect match for me. Dress runs small that's why I rented it. Very form fitting, and I mean a real body hugger. I was able to get into the dress but needed help getting out. Dress is made of stretchy heavy material so it does give. There is no zipper so no deodorant or makeup before putting dress on over your head unless you want to try and clean off makeup n deodorant streaks.  I was very pleased with this stunning eye catching dress, didn't want to return it! 

Wore this for an Art Deco-themed party and the style was absolutely perfect. It's a showstopping dress, I felt gorgeous in it, and complete strangers were stopping me to ask about it all night. Runs very small, though... I usually wear a S and didn't even attempt to squeeze into anything other than my backup M when the dresses arrived! The fabric is super-thick and stretchy so no Spanx necessary. It's short and it did ride up a lot while dancing (and walking... and sitting...) though, so be warned that occasional adjustments/hem-yanking will be necessary. 

I really liked this dress. It was very stretchy, but I felt it ran small. I ordered an xs and s, but with I would have ordered a s and m for sizes. I still felt beautiful. 

I am 5'8" and about 125lbs. I ordered the XS and S and ended up wearing the XS. It fit perfectly! I felt so confident in this dress. The material is very thick and sturdy, so it doesn't ride up too badly. It hugs in your tummy and other problem areas while making your butt look A+. The only issue was that it came with some white dust marks that wouldn't go away with water, but this wasn't really a problem for me, I think it was just because of having been in storage. I really recommend this dress! 

It was snug and I needed someone to help me get into the dress since I did not have a larger backup size. Once I was in it though, it felt fine and I received a lot of compliments. It rides up since it is a stretchy tight fit, but that did not bother me

Dress fits true to size. Got me tons of compliments. Loved it so much that Wish I could keep it. Super original design on bodice of dress. Wore this to my sister's wedding rehearsal dinner which called for cocktail dress attire. Five stars!!!

Loved this dress! The material is super thick so it smooths everything out and hugs in all the right places. My husband also loved this dress. I highly recommend it!

This dress is very form fitting and definitely has a snug fit.  Dress is knit and has stretch in fabric.

Dress retained an odor upon arrival. Metalic details in fabric made it uncomfortable and fit was very tight but it looked really pretty,  It is hard for me to get a good fit with rentals as I am very short and a bit chubby so this dress was a good choice.

FIT - Dress runs a little small, but I had picked up on that from other people's reviews and ordered a medium and large. I tried the large on first and it fit like a glove so I didn't even bother trying on the medium.

PROS - The fabric is thick so it was great to wear to a winter wedding. Thickness also helps smooth out everything. The gold pattern and detail is GORGEOUS and stunning and I felt like a million bucks in this dress! So unique.

CONS - Although the dress is a nice length, it does ride up a bit and I was pulling it down when I was on the dance floor. Also, the inner part of my arms were a little irritated from rubbing up against the gold detail just under the armpit area. Not bad, but I definitely noticed.

ADDITIONAL - From these photos, I thought the gold detailing was all beaded, but it's just thread (still beautiful!!). Also, there is no zipper on this dress, but the fabric is stretchy so it's easy to pull over your head.
Overall I LOVED this dress and would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

i loved this dress! it's a little snug but very comfortable and sort of sucks in at all the right places. Wore it for new years and it was perfect. 

Overall fit does run small. I ordered the small and medium and ended up with the medium. The material WILL stretch though! I was able to "step" into the dress instead of pulling it over my head. This was my first rent the runway experience and I was definitely pleased with the results! 

This dress was extremely comfortable!  It fit like a glove.  The fabric was almost like wearing really thick spandex, so the dress was naturally very form fitting.  I really enjoyed the detail of the gold on the dress which made the dress that much more interesting!

I decided to go with my backup medium size instead of the small because it was a bit longer and more comfortable for walking/dancing. Fabric worked well for a fall afternoon and night since it was a little thicker. Would definitely rent this again!

This dress hugs your body in all of the right spots giving your the curves you want! The gold details are stunning and the pictures just don't do it justice! This dress is perfect for weddings, NYE parties, vacays, date nights, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better fit and a more gorgeous dress; the compliments were flowing all night ;)

It fit just a tad snug, but hugged all the right places. The embroidery scratched my arms just a little but not enough to bother me! I absolutely loved this look!

It did ride up a bit while dancing, but pulling it back down a few times didn't bother me. I felt beautiful!
