This dress is beautiful. I only give it four stars because the fit is a little odd, I rented the smallest size but it was a little loose on top (I’m 34C) extremely tight on my rib cage ( I’m 114 pounds) and a little loose on the bottom (I have hips) so it wasn’t very comfortable for me, I wish I could’ve made it work.
If you get this dress to fit you, the details on this dress are beautiful. the fabric is thick, (great for fall/winter) so no need for spanks.
The color is beautiful.


I rented this dress for my boyfriend’s holiday party. I started with a 4, then a 6, and finally an 8. I am new to RTR, so CS was super helpful in helping me open spots to finally get the one that fits. I am well-endowed up top and inverted triangle shaped. The top of this is very form fitting and has boning so it’s not forgiving. But I know these styles work on me so I kept at it. I am so happy I did. I ended up buying the 8 and will have the hips and length tailored slightly for my petite height (and slight hips.)

I did size up, and it was still a bit tight, but also made me look snatched! If I did it again, I would have tried a size up as well to see which one worked better, but overall I felt gorgeous and loved the dress!

Ordered a size up and just fit into it. No stretch but beautiful. Structured dress. Very beautiful . 

Many compliments on this dress.  I'd say it runs a little small through rib area but not in belly or chest.  

Extremely flattering and great, thick material. There is zero stretch, so size up or prepare to squeeze in. I'm smaller on top and bigger in the bottom, but it felt and made me look balanced. Adored it. Looks great in person.

Dress fit perfectly! A little bit of a heavier material. Only con-did take two people to zip me up mainly due to the thick fabric getting stuck on the zipper. 

Loved this dress for a formal occasion. I normally wear a 2, but needed to size up to a 4 to accommodate my bust. The length still worked with high heels! The dress fit comfortably without a bra and was great for dancing. Low cut, but well fitting. I received many compliments and felt great in it. 

Fit perfectly- preferred to wear it with a strapless push-up to get a little more support- but everything stayed in place. Tea length in a petite woman which was elegant and great for dancing. 

This dress was beautiful close up with the detailed fabric. The cut was comfortable and I paired it with a short blazer for a work event and was stunning alone. Tons of compliments. 

I thought black shoes would be best, but blue actually worked well! Very comfortable, fit great and never felt like it was falling down despite being strapless. 

Beautiful material, boning, and style. It was a bit big in the bust and hips.

I have a bit more curves in the hip which made it feel a bit tight but was great for the event 

Glad I read the reviews and sized up 1 because it fit like a glove. Wore something else but this dress was the second choice! The navy blue and black are so classy!

Wore to a black tie work gala. The fit was tight in the bodice/bust but provided perfect support and kept everything in place. Length was as expected and coloring was more blue than black despite looking mostly black in photos 

First time I rented this, I didn’t get a chance to wear it, and then I rented it again and wore it to an event. Got so many compliments. It’s so flattering. I’m obsessed.!

Omgeeeee this dress! So chic and sexy but classy and elegant all the way! I literally felt like a pin up girl in the best way! I had to size up twice though, runs small. Worth it!!! Paired it with black strappy heels. I literally got comments all night. 🖤 I might buy it. 

I absolutely love this dress. Substantial interior boning kept the girls in place for a 7-hr event. Thick, textured fabric flatters and looks expensive. Length worked for a short girl. Accessorized with metallic stilettos and a crystal clutch. 

I picked this since I tend too look better in deep colors and this dress is a STUNNER! If you're looking for a sleek yet put together look, this is it. I wore it to the Miss Connecticut Competition Welcoming and it did everything I needed it to.

Dress has no stretch, sized up one (37' around the chest), hugs in all the right places. the embroidery is beautiful, photos don't really do it justice. 

Great dress! Wore to a wedding and was able to dance and the dress stayed put! I needed help zipping it up though because I couldn’t do it myself

Wore down south for an outdoor wedding. It wasn’t too heavy but structured enough to fit beautifully. Would definitely rent again. 

I loved this dress! So many compliments, classic colors. 

Overall I was really happy with this dress. The only downside was it kept shifting to one side as i walked around and sat down, i kept having to shift it back into place.

I really loved wearing this dress! It's been a while since I have worn a strapless dress because I haven't found it to be the most flattering style for me in recent years. This dress is an exception because of how well it is designed. It is well constructed so it stays in place without giving you unwanted rolls over the top! It is a unique fabric - kind of a midnight blue with a textured black design overlaid. It's very pretty in person. My regular size 4 fit perfectly. It's a winner!

Low cut so didn’t wear a bra but didn’t need one!  Fun and pretty dress loved wearing it as a wedding guest

Incredible fit, supportive for full chest but comfortable. So many compliments. 

Got so many compliments! Chest and waist are very tight while the hip is too big; still manage to fit in but it's not comfortable.

Loved this dress, hugged me in all the right places!

I liked everything about the dress except it’s cut lower than I like. I spent the night tugging at the top to make sure I wasn’t showing too much cleavage. 

The dress was okay but didn’t compliment my mid-sections and I was between a size 2-4 but the bust was slightly big for both. 

This dress fit like a glove and was super flattering, but not the best if you want to dance!!! It doesn't have a lot of give! 

Wore the size 4 vs. 2 because it was less restrictive and allowed for dancing at the wedding. I got tons of compliments and it was very flattering and hugged all the right places
