I vary between a 14 and a 16 depending on the cut and material. I got both and ended up wearing the 16. I am very busty so usually I have to go up to accommodate "the girls" and sometime that means the rest of the dress becomes a little tent like, but not in this case. The dress fit and flattered very well I didn't even wear spanx for my tummy. I did wear a regular bra but the dress does have a built in one with boning and it's own clasps that was actually very supportive even for me which was surprising . Overall I couldn't be happier with the experience and the dress.
