I usually wear a 2 but the 0L fit perfectly since I was wearing high heels. You can't wear a bra with the dress, but if you are smaller chested it should fit snugly enough that you don't need anything underneath. I opted to wear a sticky bra which worked perfectly. The dress is really form fitting and I got compliments all night. Would definitely rent again.
