Runs a bit large, I am usually a 2 or 4 (mostly 4) and I got the 2 and it was roomy on the top. It was fitted around the hips but I also have larger hips (hourglass shape). I am 5'4 and ordered the 2P for the length. It was perfect with 4 inch heels!
