Rent the Runway was absolutely PHENOMENAL. My order had a few mishaps, but the customer service was INCREDIBLE and I could not have been happier in the end. I had ordered the dress in a 2R and a 4R, but last minute was told the 2R had been returned damaged and they would need to send me the 4R and another dress in my original size of 2R. I was really set on wearing this dress, so I was determined to make it work. It was rather loose in the 4R; however, with a large safety pin it was extremely easy to pin in the back making it fit a little better, while at the same time hiding the pin from view. The color is definitely different than it shows on the model, but nothing I did not expect after looking at the reviews and seeing real people in the dress. The dress was not too heavy, was extremely comfortable to dance in, and the back is absolutely beautiful. Overall, a fantastic experience with Rent the Runway and a beautiful dress!
