I'm 5'7" and I'm very glad I ended up going with the regular length as the dress still touched the floor with 3.5/4 inch heels. Although I didn't wear spanx, this dress definitely shows any type of definition or lines on your stomach so they probably would have made me feel better after eating so much at the wedding! You also definitely need to wear some type of stick on bra with this dress and seamless underwear. Overall though, an amazing choice that I wish I could have kept!
