First of all, i always have a good customer service with RENT The Runway. I am a member for just less than a year and i rented 4 dresses so far. The dress came on time and and was returned on time with no problems with NO late fees. One time, the zipper of the dress got broken and ended up not wearing it but they give me FULL refund. That was amazing and didn't even expect it that they are gonna refund me. My last order though, although i returned it in time but never was scan or lets just say they never got it back . I contacted Rent the runway and they will update me in 24- 48 hours after t had to email email@example.com. This is the first time i had bad experience with the shipping, which i think its not their fault. I was told that there was a snow storm and that could be the reason for delays. But i HOPE , the dress will be FOUND because i was told that my credit card got charged for late shipping! $50 per day and that is a LOT! I hope they wont charge me more. What happens if it got LOST? Will update you, i think i will hear from RTR on MONDAY FEB 1, 2016.
The customer service are really great and answered my questions. I hope my last order wont disappointment me because I don't want this to happen again.
