RTR didn't have suitable in my size
Planned to wear to afternoon, hotel on the beach wedding. RTR emailed the day before it was supposed to arrive telling me it was unavailable and giving a 7:00 pm Eastern deadline to respond with another selection or a stylist would chose for me. I can't check personal email until I get home at 4:00pm Pacific time. I called the second I read the email. Customer service was very accommodating and sent me two sizes of my choice.
They had already sent the stylist's choice - a similar style, but ivory, and coincidentally similar to the bride's dress. I'm sure if she knew it was for a wedding, she wouldn't have chosen a " white" dress.
Horribly disappointed to not wear this dress, but I appreciate that RTR didn't want to send me a dress with snags and wear.
