I wore this four months after baby and I was super comfortable. I actually felt pretty even though my body was still a bit, ahem, "lumpy." The waist was forgiving and still managed to give definition. I didn't wear a bra--the top was loose and well-lined so as not to look inappropriate or reveal any lack of perkiness. I definitely had to wear flats, though.
