The dress does run a size large. I usually wear a 12, but had read previous reviews that this did run large, so I wound up with the 10. The shape and feel of the dress was very comfortable. I even was able to even wear my normal bra! I didn't have to fight the annoying strapless one all night. It was perfect for the wedding I attended.
