This dress is really cute and was perfect for a winter wedding. I did have a problem with the back snagging when I sat down, but it wasn't too bad or noticeable. I can't exactly say how true to size it fits, but as you can see, I was 8 months pregnant and could still fit in a 2, so it probably will fit pretty loose if you're not pregnant! :)
