The fit was perfect - not too tight and not too loose. I'm usually a 2/4 and the 2 fit best (even with my 34DD chest!) There was a tiny bit of ruching in the back above the zipper, but that was a tiny flaw compared to all the perfections. This is the first dress that I have seriously wanted to keep - heck, I still might buy it with all the compliments I received! :) Oh, and don't worry about the fit in the arms either - we ended up participating in some impromptu bowling and for once I was able to move my arms in a dress! It was the perfect dress for my evening. RENT IT.
