My friend ended up wearing this for her bachelorette party. She is 5'7" and 130 lbs. She usually wears a size 2 and has a bust size of 34A and is slightly pear shaped. She ordered a 0 and 2. The reviews said it ran a little big, so she got a 0 and 2 instead of a 2 and 4. She's pretty skinny, but has a butt, so it was pretty tight around the hips. She ended up wearing the 0 because both were tight on the butt but the 2 was a lot looser in the chest. After putting on a belt, it looked great! Just beware that any underwear lines will show through - it's easiest to just wear spanx!
