I rented a small and got a medium as a backup ended up wearing the small. I really didn't see much of a difference from the small to medium other than in the tightness of the midsection of the dress. In the end I decided to wear the small and I'm happy with the decision. I'm kind of chesty for 5'1 (34 D) but you couldn't really tell in this dress which was kind of nice. Overall a great choice and I got so many compliments all night!
