I rented this dress for my 30th birthday party and had tons of compliments. My friend is the Culture Editor for the Dallas Observer and she loved it so much she even blogged about it (http://blogs.dallasobserver.com/mixmaster/2012/02/cheapskates_guide_to_fashion_r.php) Pros: perfectly glitzy, fits like a dream Cons: There is a slight poof at the hip that made me feel too poofy The dress is definitely navy blue, but it was only noticeable with the flash of the camera and I paired it with black shoes and a black shrug.
