I just wore this dress for New Years Eve and it was gorgeous! I ordered a Large and a Medium and ended up wearing the medium. Based on the measurements, I should have been a large, but it ran big. I'm pretty tall and it was safely at mid-thigh, it might be a little long on someone shorter. The sequins are very classy and the back of the dress was my favorite part. Highly recommend this dress!
