I rented this dress for a rehearsal dinner. It was appropriate for the occasion and absolutely beautiful. I received compliments all night long. I'm hesitant to say that it runs large because it fit fairly well however the cut (at the waist specifically) was very straight. I felt like it would have been a bit more flattering if it had a little more shape. But I guess thats what a shift dress is. The zipper in the back was also very rigid and stuck out if you turned. That being said, I'm still very pleased with the dress and felt great in it.
