I am very curvy myself and this dress really helped me hide those unwanted curves and show off my best ones! It is really great for all body types. Only thing is that it runs a little big so I would get what you think your size is and then one size smaller. I wore it to a father-daughter dance that was themed "jazz" and it worked perfectly. But overall, I loved the dress and I really recommend it to anyone.
