I'm 5' 5 1/2" / 130 lbs / 32DD / long torso. I wore 4L with 4" heels was still a tiny bit too long but still doable. Even with spanx on, I was working hard to keep my tummy sucked in because this dress is not that forgiving around your stomach! There was a built in corset, so with a larger chest, I still didn't have to wear a bra. The lace at the top is really lovely and the color was nice even with my fair skin - its a silvery blue. For accessories, I think nice earrings and bracelet would be perfect.
