I received many compliments, as seems to be the case whenever I wear an RTR dress. I ordered an 8 and 10, but the 8 ended up being too tight across the chest and arms. The 10 was fine. I recommend sizing up if you have a larger chest, wide shoulders or arms. You can wear a regular strap bra. It was very comfortable and appropriate for a corporate event.
