This dress ran true to size, I am on the shorter side so the torso part of the dress was for a taller person and so it was a bit loose around the bust and shoulders, but overall the dress worked perfectly for my event. I was complimented on it all day! I recommend the dress highly, it was well made and very pretty. As for the service as a first timer, the process was super convenient and I may be a RTR fan for life! Now which dress to choose for the rehearsal dinner....
