Size 4 is very large in the shoulders (size 6 did not seem to have the same issue). Much fashion tape and safety pins were necessary to keep the sleeves up. That said - once in place the dress was stunning! Received a ton of compliments from both men and women. Note also that there is no stretch or give in the bodice - very form fitting.
