The back of the dress is smocked, which helps for different sized busts. I normally wear an 8, but the 6 was perfect so that I didn't half to keep pulling it up all night. The dress has some fringe detail, that if it was brand new would look lovely, but with a few wears and cleanings, the fringe has clumped up though it was not very noticeable once worn. Tried on the Long, but with 3inch heels, the Regular was a perfect length for me. Overall the dress was very comfortable and easy to wear.
