I rented this dress for a bachelorette party in Vegas and it was a hit! I got so many compliments from the other girls, not to mention boys too (they love the open back)! The fit is very simple - the skirt has a lot of movement and room so you don't need to worry about it being snug. It is short so if you have long legs, you may need to size up just to give you more length. The dress isn't meant to fit very tight so you wouldn't lose any shape if you sized up. Since it is completely backless, I went without a bra(not even a sticky bra!) which makes the dress effortless and easy to wear. There is sheer fabric on the side which allows for the right amount of side boob to be sexy but not showy. The ONLY downside to the dress (which isn't even that noticeable) is that the fabric has teeny-tiny faint cat faces all over it. You can BARELY see them though so don't let that scare you off. I skipped the jewelry and just went with a red lip to keep the focus on the sexiness of the dress.
