Great fit -- it has the fitted fabric but wasn't skin tight. Sequins were enough but not too much. The little sleeves were very flattering. I am 5'7" and with 3" heels the 6R was a few inches from the floor. Too short for my taste but might be perfect for yours. And yes, could wear a regular bra with it. Very elegant.
