In terms of fit, I would have worn the medium had it not been for the bust being too baggy because the small was pretty snug. I am an A cup so even with the small I needed to wear a stick on NuBra with it just to help fill it out. The lining is incredibly slimming and makes Spanx unnecessary - which I loved. Overall, this dress was excellent!
