To me the dress was just ok. Even with the 8L, I felt the dress was too short. I wore 4 inch heels with it. The dress skimmed the middle of my foot just before my ankle. I wasn't super pleased with the dress, but my date liked it and I got a lot of compliments. It felt a little stretched out in the bust area, but that's what happens when you rent a popular dress. I did like the shaping effect the dress have me. It's perfect for showing off curves and even hiding your tummy a bit.
