Originally this was not the dress I ordered. I had ordered a dress with a completely different look! A few days before the military ball I got a call from RTR saying the dress I originally ordered would no longer be available to me because the person renting it before me returned it late. I was so disappointed. BUT the RTR team did the best they could to make it up to me. They let me choose another dress (any) for free! So I chose this next best gem, got it in the mail AND IT DIDN'T FIT (size 2)! Keep in mind that the ball was THE NEXT DAY. I was freaking out, called RTR and they shipped me the smallest size they had (0). It came hours before the ball and fit perfect! Over all, RTR is awesome they have the best customer service.
