My measurements indicate a size 8, but size 6 was perfect (I'm smaller in the bust. I wore a stick-on bra from Underthings in Chicago, and shape-wear panties to help keep my stomach flat. I got the regular length dress, which came to my ankles, and it was a good length for dancing all night.
