As others have said, the sheer, lacy material at the top of the back (across the shoulder blades) is too big. I have a relatively long torso for my size and there was too much material there even for me. The bust was tight, but I still went with the XS because in the S there was too much material around the ribs. Other than that difference (and slightly more room around the hips in the S), the XS and the S were almost identical in size, and I really could have worn either. Big plus for the dance floor: I was able to wear a nude-colored bra with adjustable straps and leave the straps on - in the back, I just connected the back straps to the far outside (widest) hooks.
